Nice apartment

Had a great stay at La Floride apartments, Nice. Facing the sea was amazing. Great facilities close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location, but needed assistance

Location was beautiful, the apartment itself great. Ms Hennequin was very helpful and kind. No one answers when call emergency number, one of the numbers provided was not even available. Slow response when electricity went out. Confusion over which apt was the one I rented. Again, hard to reach anyone. Sadly, when I return next year for a longer stay, I will not rent from this place.

Regarding the concerns raised, there seems to have been a misunderstanding. When the building guardian contacted us, we communicated with him immediately and without any issue. We then attempted to call you to confirm that everything was resolved, but our call went directly to voicemail. We also tried reaching you via WhatsApp and did not receive a response. We did not receive any missed calls on our side, which suggests there may have been an issue when dialing the numbera connection problem. From our perspective, we were available and responsive throughout the situation, and ready to assist at all times. We always aim to provide prompt and reliable support and remain committed to ensuring clear and efficient communication with our guests.

Il ne manquait rien ,ces qq détails qui font la différence, thé,huile ,sel ,de quoi nettoyer,linge lit toilette...ect Biensur la vue qui est sublime. Tt est parfait sauf peut être un gardien pas très sympathique.

Beaucoup trop bruyant

La mauvaise étanchéité des fenêtre est responsable d'une mauvaise protection sonore. Dans la chambre, le volet roulant de fonctionne pas ce qui laisse passer la lumière de l'extérieur. Autre petit détail, il y a une machine à laver mais pas d'étendoir à linge etc... Sur la promenade des Anglais un triple vitrage est indispensable et sur des fenêtres étanches.
