Spacious apartment, very clean and modern layout.Each bedroom has a bathroom which is very useful Second bedroom is on a mezzanine level fine for family but might not suit everyone. Great views and location. Would use again.

Fabulous week

I can't express how beautiful the apartment is, it had so many little touches which were much appreciated, especially the bucket and spades! We left a couple of extra bits as a thank you. The pool was ideal in such a hot week. And only once was there another family using it when we were. There is a school opposite but that didn't hinder our experience. Fatima was lovely when checking in. All in all a lovely stay in beautiful Alvor.

Family holiday

Really nice apartment in a central location. We spent 10 days here as a family of 5. The apartment had everything we needed. 2 minute walk to restaurants and bars and about 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Great balcony to enjoy as an outdoor space. Rooftop pool is a small but really nice area for sunbathing. We would certainly Book this apartment again. Thank you to Isabelle and Fatima for any assistance we required.

Active building site immediately adjacent to apartment. Otherwise perfect.

Great location, very clean and good checkin and a problem with heating sorted very quickly. However building work commenced at 8am each morning with noisy diggers and machinery right beside the apt. The foundations were just being layed (February2023) so the building work will be going on for quite some time. In fairness all work stopped at about 6pm. A really pity as otherwise perfect.

Lovely clean comfotable apartment BUT.....

We found this apartment to be clean and comfortable with a good location for local amenities of restaurants, shops and bars and not too far to walk to the harbour and beach. We did however feel that we should have been warned before booking about the primary school directly opposite the apartment. Whilst we have no objection to the sound of children playing it was uncomfortably loud for at least 4 hours every day the children were in school, particularly between 3pm and 5.30 pm.Probably best to visit this apartment during school holidays if you want to relax on the balcony

Schöne Wohnung in lärmintensiver Umgebung

Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen liegt im dritten Stock einer Wohnanlage, nach Süden ausgerichtet. Sie ist hell und freundlich, erwärmt sich (in den Wintermonaten wichtig) bei Sonnenschein tagsüber sehr angenehm, die Heizungsfunktion der Klimaanlage arbeitete sehr gut. Die Reinigung erfolgte an regelmäßigen, vorher abgesprochenen Terminen, bei der Sauberkeit gab es keinerlei Beanstandung unsererseits! Top! Der Wohnkomfort könnte verbessert werden: das Sofa im Wohnzimmer empfanden wir äußerst unbequem, ebenso die Matratzen der Betten auf der Galerie, sehr schade!!! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles Nötige vorhanden.Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist für größere Fahrzeuge sehr schwierig und nur mit Rangieren zu bewerkstelligen! Leider wurde uns der achtwöchige Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung durch den intensiven Lärm ringsum sehr verleidet: Vor dem Haus befinden sich eine Schule, ein Kindergarten sowie ein Open-air-Padelcourt mit Lärm von 8 bis 17:30, bei gutem Wetter bis abends um 22:00 (Padel-Court). In geringer Entfernung Richtung Strand befindet sich eine Großbaustelle, die wohl erst vor drei Monaten ihren Betrieb aufgenommen hat. 30 Meter hinter der Wohnung befindet sich ebenfalls eine Baustelle für eine neue Wohnanlage, die unserer Meinung nach wohl erst gegen Ende dieses Jahres (2025) beendet sein könnte! Da uns dieser Lärm sehr stark beeinträchtigt hat, möchten wir dies hier erwähnen - auch wenn die Wohnung an sich uns sehr gut gefallen hat!

TOP Wohnung

Ein Ort an dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Schöne, saubere, sehr helle Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon und herrlichem Meerblick, nur ein paar Schritte vom Ortskern mit seinen vielen schönen Restaurants entfernt, was will man mehr. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Room with a view

Het uitzicht van dit op de derde etage gelegen appartement is spectaculair. Vanaf het op het ruime op zuiden gelegen zonnige balkon kijkt men uit over de oceaan en het nabij gelegen Lagos. De centrale ligging ten opzichte van restaurants en bars alsmede van supermarkets op loopafstand is ideaal. Ook het brede zandstrand is dichtbij. Het appartement was netjes en schoon en contact met de eigenaar en vertegenwoordiging ter plaatse was gemakkelijk.
