Set over three floors, with five bedrooms; one lower ground floor double, one ground floor double with en-suite shower room, one ground floor double, one ground floor twin and one first floor twin, with a ground floor bathroom and a lower ground floor shower room. The lower ground floor houses an open-plan living room with a kitchen and dining area. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for three cars. The Beach Halt is ideal for families or a group of friends looking to explore Cornwall. Please note: no worker bookings allowed at this property. Note: Please call the office before booking for groups of over 10 people as these have to be approved by the owner. No stag or hen parties or similar. lease Note: This property only accepts check in on a Friday.
