"Casa Sa Palomera" is located on the beach of Blanes, in front of one of the most emblematic and photographed symbols of the town of Blanes, the rock of "Sa Palomera". Towards the North we find the center and the old town until we reach the Port. To the south we find the hotel zone and more tourist until we reach the mouth of the river Tordera.
Formerly, "Casa Sa Palomera" was part of the set of houses at the foot of the sea inhabited by fishermen De la Villa.

Currently the house is distributed in three communicated floors:
** FLOOR 1: Spacious living room with terrace and a stunning sea view, fully equipped kitchen design, laundry area, a double bedroom, bathroom and a large outdoor terrace overlooking the Plaza Catalunya (80m2 useful)
** FLAT 2: Double bedroom with an impressive view of the sea, a bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds), two bedrooms with two single beds each, and a separate bathroom (80m2 of useful floor).

Le lieu est unique en face du rocher, tout peut se faire à pied , le seul inconvénient est le parking souvent complet et non compris dans la location. La maison est très plaisante, la terrasse au 3 eme étage est un vrai bonheur le soir .Le petit bémol , la douche de la 2 eme salle de bain est un peu étroite … Un agréable séjour

Wir waren in dem Zeitraum wo das Feuerwerk war.Man konnte es von Wohnzimmer zuschauen.Aber man hat die hochen nicht gesehen.Würde auch empfehlen am Strand zu schauen.Feuerwerk.Der Strand ist super man hat ein ruhiges Meer LinksUnd Wellenreich rechts.Das Haus hat alles was man für ein kleinen Aufenthalt braucht.War sehr schön.Danke

Familienurlaub in Blanes

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Absolutes Plus ist die Toplage direkt am Strand und an der Promenade. Auch die Altstadt mit Geschäften ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung hat mehrere Terrassen und es gibt einen super Ausblick auf den Felsen Sa Palomera. Auch mit dem Vermieter hat die Kommunikation sehr gut geklappt!

Schöne Urlaubszeit mit großer Familie

Wir sind große Familie aus drei Generationen und haben in diesem Haus am Strand den schönen Urlaub im August 2022 gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr groß, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche wear top mit all nötigen ausgestattet! Die Lage ist top, allerdings muss man damit rechnen, dass man keine ruhige Nächte im Saison hat, da es überall viel los ist. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Jeden Tag frische Obst- und Gemüse Markt in der parallel Straße. Dies fanden wir toll! Der Anbieter vom Haus hat sehr schnell auf die Nachrichten reagiert und generell sehr nett gewesen.

Perfect Beach Getaway for Family

We loved staying at Sa Palomera in Blanes. Close to everything (including above a great restaurant), with gorgeous sea views, and room for everyone. Our hosts were really helpful, even arranging parking in the very difficult parking area of central Blanes. Highly recommend this place.

Una ubicació inmillorable. Veure el mar i sentir l’oleatge i la brisa marina constantment. La casa és encantadora i te de tot el necessari i mes. A la terrassa de la planta superior hi ha una barbacoa i una taula per gaudir a les nits d’estiu. A la primera planta 4 habitacions una d’elles sobre el mar amb un petit balcó i a la planta baixa una terrassa amb una gran taula que dona al centre del poble i un altre al costat del menjador que dona a primera linea de platja. Està a prop de tot a peu, botigues, supermercats, restaurants. La casa i l’aixovar estan molt nets. Jaume, el llogater està pendent del que necessitis. Casa totalment recomenable per gaudir de la platja i del poble de Blanes. 100% aconsellable.
