Nice place

Its not our fist stay in this house, the place is nice however there are a few thing that could be looked after, minor details such a few electric plugs (damaged) kitchen extractor (very noisy) upstairs shower needs attention, the cleaning on the kitchen utensils (we had to wash everything before use, they were bad) lack of towels and bed linen, the garden furniture is poor as well, load of ants and other insects will appear as the windows and doors are probably 50y old and they let everything in, the only good side is the location of the propriety and the size that fit our needs, nevertheless the price is a bit on high side for all the conditions

Casa com potencial mas fraco a nível de limpeza e equipamento.

A casa está de acordo com o que é apresentado. Terraço amplo, sala grande, dois quartos espaçosos separados do resto da casa. A comunicação com o proprietário foi simples e eficaz. Precisa de melhor limpeza, tanto no interior como no terraço. As janelas são antigas e com vento fazem muito barulho, assim como as portas. Os sofás da sala precisam de ser mudados urgentemente, assim como as mesas e cadeiras do terraço.

Espaço agradável, localização fantástica

Espaço agradável, localização fantástica, contudo ha pequenas coisa que podem ser facilmente retificadas tais como roupas de cama e atoalhados ( causa bastante transtorno para não reside em Portugal como é o meu caso), pequenas reparações (algumas luzes fundidas, tomadas partidas e o mobiliário de jardim poderiam ser melhorados/retificados) a falta de secador de cabelo e entre outros pequenos detalhes que fazem a diferença. no entanto a casa é bastante espaçosa e numa loucalizacao calma e a uma distancia bastante agradável da praia, restaurantes e comercio. A limpeza não é a melhor mas é aceitável. num todo foi uma experiência agradável e para repetir.
