Downstairs there is a sitting room with a woodburning fire and a well-equipped kitchen/diner. To the outside there is ample off-road parking and a rear enclosed garden with a BBQ and garden furniture. Kober House is an outstanding base in Cornwall. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome, second dog comes with an additional charge of £20.00.

Shared Off-road parking. Rear enclosed garden with BBQ and table and chairs. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, supplement for second dog applies. Pub and shop within 0.1 miles.

Close by is the larger town of Helston which was made famous by its Flora Day Festival and the legends of he "Furry Dance".
