Apartment next to Torrecilla beach, Nerja Edif. Almeria

1 bedroom apartment, just 350m from Torrecilla beach in Nerja, 450m from the famous Balcón de Europa square and 200m from the plaza de los crabs, where you can enjoy in one of its restaurants or cafes. It has access to the entire apartment, there is only a small private closet that is closed.
It has a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
Parking is free, is outdoors and community, not assigned, ie there are limited places, if you arrive and there are not available, you have to park on the street.
There is a communal pool open only in July and August.
It is the best area of Nerja, next to the beach, downtown and with all the services around the apartment.
The best way to get around is on foot, but if you want it very close to the apartment there is a local bus stop.
We have service of welcome food packages, upon request (1 package of milk, 1 package of orange juice, 1 butter, 1 jam, 1 pam of mold, 1 coffee, 1 tea and 1 Colacao), price € 25.
Please keep in mind that for reservations of 21 days or more the tenant pays the electricity.
We will give freedom to the travelers who stay in our apartment, but if they need us we are available for them from our office PLAZA ESTATES of Nerja from 10am to 6pm from Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays, after that we provide a number of phone for emergencies.
* After 6pm from Monday to Friday, from 2pm on Saturdays or on public holidays, the keys are collected autonomously, from the key box located at the back door of our real estate agency.
