We are delighted to offer this self-catering holiday apartment situated in the heart of Edinburgh's famous Grassmarket area with views to Edinburgh Castle. It offers ideal holiday accommodation for a short break in the very heart of Edinburgh.

The apartment is on the third floor, with large windows to the front overlooking the Grassmarket pedestrian and market stall area and view from the year up to Edinburgh Castle.

The property has wooden double glazed window units.

The apartment features some natural stripped stone walls dating back to the lates 1800`s.

The sittingroom has comfortable, built-in window seats, where guests can sit and watch the ever changing bustle of the Grassmarket below.

The dining / kitchen area is open-plan. The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and microwave. There is a large dining table that can seat up to five guests.

The comfortable sittingroom has a digital television with Freeview, DVD player and a CD / radio with an iPod dock. The sittingroom also has a gas stove making this a warm and comfortable room during the colder months.

Wireless Internet broadband is provided for use with your own laptop, tablet or smart phone.

The sleeping accommodation comprises two bedrooms: one double to the rear of the apartment and one twin bedroom again to the rear.

The bathroom has a shower.

The apartment is tastefully furnished with quality furniture that matches the attractive wood finish of the apartment.

Full bedding and towels are provided.

The property has full gas central heating.

The owners provide a complimentary welcome basket containing fruit juice, coffee, tea, sugar, milk and biscuits.

A parking space is available within a 15 minute walk of the apartment.

Extremely comfortable apartment, in an amazing location. Great communications from the host, a real bonus having the opportunity to park. Will definitely use it again. The only criticism is that there were no recycling facilities.

Cozy, clean, convenient

Excellent from start to finish. Great location and excellent communication with host. Updates and very clean, I was able to cook a small thanksgiving dinner on the apartment kitchen for my son who is studying in Edinburgh-which was special for us both. Loads of good restaurants and shopping outside the door as well a tram stop within a short walk that leads straight from the airport. Plenty of bus stops around. Great time!!

Leiligheten er super. Fin og har alt en trenger. Vi leide denne en helg i oktober. Det ligger pub på hver side av leiligheten og dermed blir det mye støy. Vi var fire voksne, og alle slet med å sovne. Men har du godt sovehjerte er denne topp.

Great location, nice apartment

This is a comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment. The location was perfect for exploring Edinburgh, especially the Castle and the Royal Mile. It has decent quality furnishings and kitchenware and a nice modern bathroom and kitchen. Be aware that you have to carry your bags up and down old stone spiral stairs to the top floor. There is a parking place available which was a huge help, but it is about a 20 minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Incredible Apartment in an Incredible City

We've stayed at several different apartments throughout our family's journey through the UK and Ireland this summer, and this was our favorite. The location overlooking the Grassmarket is superb, with amazing castle views out the back windows and just steps outside. We loved sitting on the window seats and watching the festivities below. The apartment is extremely well kept, and we appreciated the snacks on arrival. Mary's Milk Bar across the street was worth the wait for fantastic gelato, and we enjoyed the White Hart Inn just a few doors down for Edinburgh's oldest pub.
