VILLA BIANCA LOFT COMPLEX 1
Large bright and fresh bedroom with double bed, furnished in a simple and modern style with 4-door wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. What makes the colorful LED lights unique to create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
The Loft has a roof garden, perfect for dinners or barbecues with friends that makes it unique and spectacular.
The living room is large and decorated with typical rocks of the place, overlooking the veranda with a full-length glass window that surrounds the dining table.
The room is fresh and equipped with private bathroom, large and with Villeroy & Boch sanitary fittings, precious coverings and large shower with shower head. The sleeping area is inside the old Villa Bianca, a historic and protected building, from which the whole area took its name. There is also a large covered veranda, furnished with a glass and wrought iron table. The property includes a private courtyard of about 10 square meters and an exclusive fenced parking space.
The archipelago of La Maddalena and the island of Caprera (it is crossed by a bridge) is worth a visit, the sea is wonderful you can enjoy all our wonderful beaches or rocks, access to them is free.
It is located a stone's throw from the historic center of the city, 5 minutes from the arrival of the ferries, from Palau, on the spot it is possible to rent bicycles this property is ideal for those who love a vacation without a car, the means of transport are available on the spot for those arriving from Olbia by plane after about 2 hours can reach the house, on foot you will find everything you need. I also recommend taking a boat trip to the other islands (SPARGI, SANTA MARIA, BUDELLI, CAPRERA, RAZZOLI), beaches of unique beauty, a beautiful clean sea with emerald green colors to the blue sky, not all COSTA guests EMERALDA rejoice and enjoy our archipelago sea. If you take a long vacation, the rest of Sardinia is worth a visit, such as TEMPIO PAUSANIA, SANTA TERESA GALLURA, COSTA SMERALDA, PORTO ROTONDO, CUGNANA ECT. Energy class: B
