This year, we are renting our house on the Arcachon Basin, which explains why we don't yet have reviews.

Beautiful family house tastefully renovated at the entrance to the Lège Cap Ferret peninsula for up to 10 people with heated swimming pool

Fully renovated house in the color of the Basin located at the entrance to the Cap Ferret peninsula with its heated swimming pool.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area, close to shops and cycle paths.

Composed of 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people, you can come with family or friends to enjoy the good life of the Arcachon Basin and discover its diversity and its magnificent landscapes whether on the Arcachon side and the dune of Pyla or on the opposite side of Cap Ferret and its small oyster villages.

You are close to Ares, Claouey and 12 minutes from Andernos, 8 minutes from the ocean, beach of the Grand Crohot.

You can also enjoy the beautiful shaded terrace inviting you to laze around the pool.
The ping-pong table is waiting for you for your games with friends.

For rentals of 7 nights minimum, household linen (Bed and bathroom linen provided).

Villa magnifique

Nous avons passer un séjour exceptionnel. Le cadre est parfait et nous sommes à proximité de tout. Concernant le logement, nous avons adorer pouvoir profiter des différentes installations de la villa (barbecue, table de ping-pong, piscine…..). Il est sûr que nous reviendrons très vite.

Maison familiale ou entre amis !

Maison très accueillante, bien décorée dans un quartier très tranquille. On se sent très vite comme chez sois ! Vous passerez énormément de temps dehors sur la terrasse et autour de la piscine ( de bons moments en famille ou entre amis garantie !! ) La maison est très bien équipée ! Les propriétaires de la villa sont de charmantes personnes qui feront le maximum pour que le séjour se passe le mieux possible. Recommande vivement !

Nous avons passés 15 jours dans cette maison qui est très agréable tout comme son jardin. La piscine chauffée était appréciable et nous avons profité du barbecue et de la plancha. La maison est très bien équipée (notamment la cuisine). Il y a une boulangerie et une supérette à 5 minutes à pied et le départ de pistes cyclables à proximité.

Hervorragend!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem hervorragend ausgestatteten Haus sehr genossen. Es gab für uns 8 ausreichend Platz und vor allem einen sehr großzügigen Außenbereich. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem die Küche ungewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer sind mit Läden abzudunkeln und bleiben daher auch im Sommer kühl. Ein Highlight ist der beheizte Aussenpool mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, die wir gerne für den Aperitif genutzt haben. Auch die Tischtennisplatte kam häufig zum Einsatz. Es gibt viel Platz zum Abstellen der Fahrräder, zum Boule spielen und einen gemauerten Grill und eine Plancha in top Zustand und für kühle Abende sogar eine Terrassenheizung. Da das Gelände komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte auch unser Beagle die Ferien genießen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Bäcker und kleine Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben nichts vermisst und können das Haus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen!

EXCELLENT: Maison tout confort avec beaucoup de charme et idéalement située au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison (Très propre et bien pensée et rénovée aux couleurs du Bassin d'Arcachon). La maison est agréable, calme et spacieuse. Nous avons passé un superbe moment en famille et avons pu profiter de la table de ping-pong, du barbecue et de la plancha notamment. Le jardin est parfaitement clos, et sans vis-à-vis. Point de départ idéal pour découvrir le Bassin d'Arcachon et ses alentours. Nous avons également eu des informations sur les alentours et sur les lieux à visiter et bons plans à proximité. Les plages océanes sont à proche via les plages cyclables permettant une belle balade en foret. Nous avons bien profité de la grande terrasse au bord de la piscine pour des repas à l'abri du soleil et reviendrons prochainement sans faute !
