Perfect 2 weeks at one of the best houses we’ve stayed on the island yet! Great location and very spacious with lots of closet space.Clif is a great host and has a thoughtfully appointed home with all the basics that make a stay away from home so much easier, from bikes and beach chairs to a well-equipped kitchen, to great outdoor spaces and activities (volleyball court, table tennis, fire pit, grill…). We would definitely return and recommend to our friends.

Edgartown Stay

The property is located just outside of town, about a half hour walk into the hustle and bustle. A car would be recommended, though you walk to a bus stop and to coffee. The owner checked in with us beforehand over the phone and asked a series of questions, also lives on site, and did stop by the house. He was friendly and understanding of a small mix up on the check out time.

Martha's Vineyard wedding weekend

Our stay was great; good location - quiet setting and a short walk into town. The house had everything we needed. Clif was the best host we've ever had for a vacation rental bar none! Our flight home was cancelled late Sunday night and we had no place to stay. Clif welcomed us back for the night; provided us with supplies and made himself available at any hour to help out.

Clean and roomy. Everything I needed for food prep was in the kitchen. Clif was very available without being intrusive. Bedding and beds were good. We traveled from MD due to a death in the family and having a trouble free home base was immensely helpful.

Wonderful all-around

Stayed over a short (very cold!) January weekend with my husband, two kids (7 and 4), and our dog, and it was exactly what we needed and were looking for. You can tell the owners care about excellence and ensuring each of their guests has everything they need for a comfortable stay. The property was very clean, and had everything we needed (you could tell the towels and linens were also very clean); I really appreciated the little extra touches like extension cords for the bedside tables (for baby monitors, phone chargers) and extra trash bags in each bin. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've experienced in a rental property. And even though it was cold and blustery outside, it was cozy and comfortable inside. The location is excellent, and the kids and dog loved the yard. We're already looking forward to returning for another stay. Thank you!

Nice home to stay in Edgartown!

We enjoyed our stay while attending a wedding, the home was very clean and had everything we needed including linens and towels. The property manager was great at communicating before and during the rental and checked in a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Next time we are in Edgartown we would try and stay here again.

Great house, especially travelling with our dog!

Our stay at Clif's house was fantastic. He was very up front about everything, very accommodating, and easy to reach. The house was as described; well stocked, comfortable, and clean. It is on a quiet dirt road, but still walking distance to Edgartown or a very short drive. We were travelling with our dog and found this location perfect. There is a good size yard, walking trails nearby, and AC when it gets too hot out for your furball. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot for a family wedding in Edgartown!

Cliff's house was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfortable, space for us to hang at night was great, and the bonus outdoor shower helped with 8 of us staying there. Location was easy to get to, as well as easy to get to other parts of the island. Very quiet as well. Would definitely stay again.
