A bright and modern independent two bedroom apartment with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the rolling hills.
There is a large private terrace with a large electric sun canopy, comfortable seating area, sun loungers, and soft evening lighting as well as a large front entrance.
There is a seperate barbecue and seating area.
A hydromassage that seats five people, set in it's own relaxing area with lovely views of the mountains and countryside, completely private for guest use only.
Ample free parking.




The apartment sleeps four, with a modern well furnished double bedroom with a flat screen t.v. and a second bedroom with two single beds also fresh and bright.
The bathroom has a walk in shower, bidet, push button toilet and a large sink, magnifying mirror, and extractor fan.
There is a bright open plan living area, the comfortable sitting area leads out onto a large front entrance with plants and flowers, the kitchen is bright, fresh, modern and fully equipped and leads out on to the terrace.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, die Aussicht grandios und die Vermieter sehr nett und diskret. Die Lage ist optimal für alle, die sowohl das Meer als auch die Berge genießen wollen. Lieben Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt in eurer Ferienwohnung!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen ! Viel Natur, schöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter. Man kann sehr viele Unternehmungen in der Umgebung machen. Im Umkreis von ca. 100 km haben wir sehr schöne Erlebnisse gehabt. Badeseen, Meer, Bergbäche mit Wasserfall, Städte, Dörfer, Berge,Tropfsteinhöhle und viele nette Menschen ! Noch einen schönen Gruß an unsere netten Vermieter Jacky und John

Lovely apartment with great view!

We had a lovely week in this apartment with a wonderful view. John and Jacky were extremely welcoming and helpful whilst also giving us privacy to enjoy our holiday. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. I was a bit nervous of the dogs but they were completely contained away from us and were no trouble at all. Would certainly recommend this apartment.

I moved with my wife Jacky to San Ginesio many years ago, and we are still enjoying the way of life and all that it has to offer.
The changing seasons and all that it brings with it, sun or snow, and seasonal local food produce.
We enjoy visiting the near by towns for shopping and stopping for a glass of wine.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because we liked the scenery all around, it is quiet and private, and only a short drive away from several towns.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is very well positioned and only a 12 minute drive to the towns of Gualdo, San Ginesio and Sarnano.

We would very much like to welcome you to our apartment with it's beautiful scenery and relaxing calmness, surrounded by so many close by towns and places to visit that can only add to making your stay a wonderful and memorable experience.
