It was a lovely property, clean and cosy. There was a nice balcony with the view of the ocean. There was a big storm during our stay, and the parked car stayed dry, the street in front of the building was not affected. We had a great time, thank you!

We had a great stay! The location is amazing with beach access across the street and ocean view from the porch. The pool was great. The parking was super simple. The kitchen looks brand new. The condo was well stocked with essentials. The hosts were very responsive. The only downside to our stay was that the condo is carpeted which is weird for the beach. Over all, we had a wonderful stay and would book again!

Loved our stay, would definitely stay here again! It really has great ocean views for a second row and the walk to the beach was amazing- beach access directly across the street, takes 2 min to be on the beach. Check in was easy. Love!

This condo is a nice, little beach haven that you can take your fur baby to! The condo itself was actually very clean, especially considering they allow pets. Yes, there are some stains here and there, but that's to be expected. This was our family's first trip to Carolina Beach. We were so impressed with how pet friendly everyone is there. We loved that the condo was only steps from the beach access. Even the steps up to the condo are pup friendly, as it's only sets of 5-6 steps, then a level and then another set of 5-6 steps. This was wonderful for our lab, who had never really been on any steps more than 2-3 high. The host is wonderful and answers questions in a very timely manner. The kitchen is fully equipped for any and everything you plan to make. The bed is very comfy. And the extra toilet and sink come in very handy for a small family. The pool could use a little tlc but, that is also to be expected in a shared community pool. Overall, our experience was great and we would definitely recommend this little condo.

Like visiting a friend's place!

The home is comfortable and cozy. Jeff's mom, Georgia was friendly and welcoming in all of our text exchanges. The location is wonderful, a stone's throw from the beach and pier, and a pleasant 40 min walk to the boardwalk area and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet. The two of us our pup had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again if visiting Carolina Beach.
