This detached, lodge-style property set within Twelve Oaks Farm, on the outskirts of Newton Abbot sleeps up to four people, in two bedrooms.

Beech Lodge is an elegant retreat resting within Twelve Oaks Farm, on the outskirts of Newton Abbot. It has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen area. To the outside, you will find a wraparound decked area and a shared outdoor pool. Beech Lodge is a welcoming base at any time of the year. Note: One well behaved dog welcome, £25 charge. Sorry cats are not allowed at this property. Note: This property cannot accommodate a Sunday changeover. Please be aware of this restriction when placing your reservation. PLEASE NOTE - LATEST ARRIVAL AT THIS PROPERTY IS 8PM - IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 8PM YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. PLEASE NOTE: COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION.
