Fantastic villa finely furnished, structured on three levels, it also enjoys a swimming pool with a large private garden.
The location is excellent, just minutes from the motorway, perfect for visiting the most important tourist destinations in the area, such as Catania, Siracusa, Ortigia, Noto, Pantalica and Ragusa, and many other splendid seaside resorts, such as Fontane bianche, Arenella and Avola.
The house allows for many nearby sales points, such as: Bar, tobacconist, pizzeria, bakery, supermarket, petrol station and car rental.

The villa offers two kitchens, including an outdoor one in front of the pool, with a wood-burning oven and a barbecue area. The exterior also offers a bathroom and a shower, always adjacent to the pool.
