We have stayed at this lovely villa before and it is really lovely. Very well equipped, comfortable beds and nice and peaceful yet only a few minutes from nearby local shops and bars. A lovely 25 minute walk to the marina along the coastline takes you to more restaurants and shops. Evaristo is a superb host and communication was brilliant. He even sent us lots of information before we arrived to help make our stay easier. We shall definitely be back.

Great villa

This was a great villa. Really well equipped and furnished in a lovely quiet area. The beds were very comfortable and the outside sofa was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.

Lovely location for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Coloradas House is well presented, well equipted, fresh, clean with a great pool. Handy for supermarket and eateries and not too long a walk to the beaches. Evaristo and his team looked after us very well from booking, arrival, during our stay and up to departure - great service.

Relax and enjoy

We had a very relaxing time in playa Blanca and the villa of Evaristo and Iniaki.Nice and clean area, well equipped, beautiful pool, quite and not to far from restaurants, shops etc.All in all, we enjoyed our stay!!!

Comfortable and stylish house

Coloradas House was the perfect place for a two week stay. It had everything we needed; was comfortable and well maintained with the bonus of beautiful outside space and a pool. Would definitely recommend.

Much better than expected

We have stayed at several villas in Playa Blanca,this was by far the best,,,from the comfort of the beds,to the quality of the towels,, only 5 mins to drive to centre of town, and a 15 min walk to the super market,,,,,,,thank you for everything,,,,

Great villa.

The villa is exactly as described and spotlessly clean. The photos don’t do it justice. Everything needed for a great holiday is provided. The pool was cleaned twice per week and the villa after one week, including fresh sheets, towels etc. The area is very peaceful and quiet but still within walking distance of shops and restaurants, there is also a bus stop around the corner which takes you into the centre of Playa Blanca. Ervisto was great to deal and very helpful, he even provided a very generous welcome pack including all essentials such as wine etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and intend to return soon.

Excellent séjour

La maison est très confortable , la piscine est très agréable bien qu’un peu trop chlorée, les transats sont en très bon état et les serviettes pour la piscine étaient fournies ! La terrasse est très grande et bien à l’abris du vent. La vue est très belle ! Proche des supermarchés, de la marina rubicon et de la plage papagayo et de la plage mujeres ( on peut même y aller à pieds via un petit passage près de l’hôtel) Les matelas sont tops ! Il n’y a pas de climatisation mais nous n’en avons pas ressenti le besoin malgré que nous sommes venus en juillet. Il y a des ventilateurs et c’est suffisant ! Il n’y a pas beaucoup d’eau chaude pour se laver donc il ne faut pas traîner sous la douche :-) Il manque un peu d’ustensiles de cuisine mais nous nous sommes bien débrouillés :-) . L’emplacement pour garer la voiture est très grand. Merci pour tout !! Nous vous recommandons la maison :-)

Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das ganze Ambiente und die ruhige Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Wasser im Pool war noch sehr kühl.

Schöne Villa, ruhige Lage

Die Villa ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Es ist fast alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sie liegt in einem Wohngebiet, ruhige Lage. Was in der zweiten Woche nicht angenehm war, der unmittelbare Nachbar führte laute und sehr störende Renovierungsarbeiten durch.

A l'extrémité est de Playa blanca, quartier calme, à 1.5km à pied de belles plages. Voiture conseillée pour bouger facilement.

Coloradas House

Schöne Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage. Wunderschöne Papagayo-Stände und Playa Blanca zu Fuß erreichbar. Unterkunft gut ausgestattet (Salz und Pfeffer wäre noch gut). Schöne Außenanlage mit Pool. Alles top.

Gute und ruhige Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnanlage und die sehr schönen Papagayo-Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, aber bei schlechterem Wetter, wenn man drinnen essen muss, würde man sich anstelle der Hocker eher einen Tisch wünschen. Auch auf der Terrasse habe ich bequemere Sitzgelegenheiten vermisst. Insgesamt habe ich mich in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke dafür.

Everything we expected

We very much enjoyed our three week stay in the villa and had lovely February weather. The owner, Evaristo was very helpful answering any questions we had about the property before and during our stay and always got back to us very quickly. The villa has everything you need to make your stay here a comfortable one. The kitchen is well equiped and if you like to cook while on holiday, it has everything you need for preparing your meals and is very clean . The beds were comfy and we were so impressed by the memory foam pillows, I ordered some when we got home! The residential area is quiet but within a few minutes walk, you find yourself in Las Coloradas centre where there is a handful of bars, cafes and a supermarket which although not large, you can buy every day essentials Look out for Alfies Bar and Paulos sports bar. You can catch a bus which runs every 30 minutes. For 1.40 euro each, it will drop you anywhere on its circular route. Just get off where you want. I downloaded the app to my phone for timetable etc. An excellent coastal footpath runs from Las Coloradas to the lighthouse. Visit Flamingo beach and Rubicon Marina and see spectacular views on the way. The villas walled pool area is lovely, very private with a nice eating area which we used every day for breakfast and occasional evening meals when we were not out. The only downside for us was the chilly pool. Did it put us off from visiting again? No...we have already booked for next year and looking forward to going back 😄

Wohlfühlurlaub

Tolles, modern eingerichtetes Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit Evaristo war perfekt, ebenso war Antonio vor Ort immer ansprechbar. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über den Willkommensgruss! Das Haus ist eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Séjour parfait

Le séjour était agréable ! Le propriétaire a toujours été joignable et serviable pour n'importe quelle soucis. La villa est bien équipée, on ne manquait de rien ! C'est tellement bien qu'on ne veux plus rentrer chez nous ! Muchas gracias Evaristo !
