The property has all kinds of facilities nearby such as the Yacht Club, restaurants and shops. With direct descent to the port and a few minutes walk from the center of Es Castells. Five minutes by car from Mahón and fifteen minutes from the airport.
House of 400 m2 flooded with light thanks to its large windows, which provide magnificent views, located on a plot of 1,000 m2, with a pool facing the sea and large garden area. With easy direct access to the sea and the jetty.
It has two floors, on the ground floor are the garage, the cellar and two bedrooms with their bathroom and on the first floor is the large living room, guest bathroom, kitchen with laundry and four bedrooms with two bathrooms.
