Welcome to 3c Gillespie Terrace, your comfortable holiday apartment in the heart of historic St Andrews and just a 150 yard stroll from the Old Course.
Whether you’re looking for a golfing break, a family holiday on the beach or just a relaxing break by the sea, St Andrews has it all. And 3c Gillespie Terrace is ideally situated to explore the town and the surrounding Kingdom of Fife.
3c Gillespie Terrace is a bright, attractive first floor apartment located at the back of a Victorian house on the Scores, St. Andrews. The apartment is only a short walk from the Old Course and West Sands, and ideally situated for the beach and historic town centre.
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, a comfortable living room and a well equipped kitchen. The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and can accommodate 4 people.
The bedrooms both have double beds. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite shower; the second bedroom has a standard double bed and washbasin. The living room is divided into the lounge area with a sofa, easy chairs, TV and a separate dining area. The kitchen is fully-fitted with gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher. There is an ample supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, including kettle, coffee-maker and toaster. There is a shower room with power shower, WC, basin and shaving socket. Wood laminate floors are laid throughout the apartment.
The apartment is heated by gas central heating.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
Parking Parking is free on-street on Gillespie Terrace and it is usually possible to find a parking space close to the apartment. There is also a car park about 2 minutes walk away.
Access The front door of the apartment opens on to the ground floor lobby of 3 Gillespie Terrace. There is a single flight of stairs from the front door up to the living areas.

Great location in a beautiful city. Literally steps from The Old Course and minutes from shops and restaurants. The unit offered plenty of space and well stocked kitchen. But I think the best compliment is to the question of, would you stay here again? My answer would be; In a heartbeat. Hopefully soon.
This was the perfect spot for my family of 3 to visit our daughter at St. Andrews. The location was perfect - within walking distance to everything, with a beautiful view of the ocean and golf course, and just lovely all around. The apartment is functional, clean and met our needs. The hosts were always so quick to reply and so helpful! We'd come back here in a minute! Thank you so much for everything!
The flat is exactly as it appears in photos and is comfortable and spacious. There was a leak from an upstairs unit that required emergency attention with plumbers and electricians and letting agents in and out. It was quite a shock when water started pouring through the ceiling, but that was no fault of the owners. They were kind enough to refund 50% of our payment.
Amazing location. Very comfortable stay with the four of us. Beds are cozy and views into the gardens out back are great. Well appointed kitchen which made meals easy.

Why they chose this property
We have been coming to St Andrews over many years since the 1990s and absolutely love it here. It's become our relaxing retreat. We can park the car free on the road, forget it, and stroll into the town centre, a couple of streets away, or walk for miles along the West Sands - can't beat it!
What makes this property unique
Fantastic location with everything on the doorstep. The R&A and Old Course are at the end of the road, the West Sands just beyond, the Aquarium & Rock pools just opposite. Quiet, comfortable & bright apartment.
