In the rooms of an exclusive villa, in one of the most characteristic areas of Lake Garda, the elegance of a period residence and the traditional hospitality of a private house coexist. Completely autonomous, surrounded by a park with swimming pool, the house offers the opportunity to enjoy the peaceful and particular rhythm that the suggestion of the lake offers in every season. The large stone staircase leads to the first floor independent of the guests. The pleasure of resting in comfortable rooms, closed and protected by walls, an expression of the ancient residence and family history. Details and details that show the search for beauty without ostentation and that, deliberately, want to leave everything to a daily experience. The rooms, each furnished in a particular style, have all been renovated. A suite with an internal private bathroom directly overlooks the garden. And finally the Stone Staircase leads to what was once the floor of the little girls, today a large and bright apartment that offers the surprise of a small tower which leads to the overlying terrace from which you can enjoy a view that embraces the whole territory from the Hill towards the lake. Guests will have three double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, one with a shower and the large free-style kitchen that faces the swimming pool of the garden below. The spiral staircase leads to the small living room with a large window facing exclusively towards the lake. The exclusive living area of the rooftop flower terrace serves the exclusive service of the apartment The recent renovation aimed to mix the contemporary and minimalist imprint with the enhancement of the signs and elements of furniture belonging to the family.

When you wake up, an exquisite buffet can be booked at the poolside garden for the chosen B&B solution. During the day it is possible to use the solarium area, reach the main beaches of the lake, the tourist attractions of the place or to buy local products and fresh fish of the day to be cooked on the barbecue in the garden. Guests have access to the veranda, a relaxation area where they can listen to music, immerse themselves in reading after a swim in the pool or, on request, dine and sleep, as there is a sleeping area for 2 more people with private bathroom.
Our passion for good food and quality cuisine leads us to privilege the time and place of breakfast by offering the room in the winter with a warm and cozy fireplace, in the summer the edge of the pool, the veranda or more intimate places of the garden. Homemade desserts and jams are always accompanied by savory tastings every day and our welcome will be cordial and discreet. The service will be friendly, ready to fulfill the wishes of our guests. We speak English and French. Children under 5 are free of charge.

The privileged position of the bed & breakfast, in the historic center of the town of Bogliaco and just a few meters from the lake, will make you appreciate the magical atmosphere of the place and easily reach the nearest beaches, the clubs and the best restaurants. On foot or by bike starting from the Bed and Breakfast you can plan excursions to the neighboring places, buy typical foods of the area or the catch of the day, in the nearby village of Gargnano by our fisherman Franz, and then cook it in Villa's outdoor summer kitchen Giovanna. Our official BIGNOTTI Fratelli Salami and Cheese Supplier in Gargnano will be able to make you taste all the specialties of their production. In the evening you cannot miss an aperitvo at the Zuavo Bar in the company of good jazz music. Camilla and Daniela di Villa Giovanna will always assist you on the culinary choices best suited to your needs.
