It boasts four bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room, another king-size double, a single and a ground floor king-size double, sleeping seven guests altogether. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom/utility, a kitchen, a utility, a dining room and a sitting room with oil fired woodburner-effect stove. Outside is off-road parking for one car, roadside parking for two cars on a first come, first served basis and a enclosed, hillside garden with lawned areas and a patio with a picnic bench. You also have access to a mature woodland owned by The Woodland Trust. Llety Perygl is a charming retreat to base your next coastal holiday.

Note: This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, there are 15 steps down to the cottage from the parking area and road.

You can venture into the Snowdonia National Park for a plethora of outdoor activities and visit the coastal towns of Barmouth and Porthmadog, each offering a different day out.
