Quiet Age 55 and over community located in Bradenton, Florida. To reserve this property at least one guest must be age 55 or older, see other house rules.

Constructed in February 2017! 1 Bedroom (Queen), 1 bath, pull out queen sofa with upgraded foam mattress in living area. Comes equipped with linens, towels, dishes, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and cable. Everything you need for a great vacation. Enjoy the beautiful Florida beaches of Sarasota and Bradenton for a reasonable price.

Lido Beach and Anna Marie Island are both less than 10 miles. Sarasota Airport is 3.5 miles away.

PLEASE NOTE: All guests must register with the Homeowners Association (HOA) within two business days after your arrival. The cost to register is $50 that you will pay directly to the HOA. You may also elect to buy a FOB that will allow you to use community amenities including the pool, this is generally done during registration. The cost of a FOB is $50. Upon registration the HOA will also validate that you meet the age requirement. Registration fees are subject to change by the HOA.

Although the primary guest must be age 55 or older other guests staying for 30 days or more must be age 45 or older. Guest under the age of 45 can visit but cannot stay for more than 30 days.

Home sweet home away

We stayed here during our transition to Florida. The place was spotless and had everything we needed! John the owner and Rick the property manager were easy to work with! We enjoyed morning walks to the park and to the marina where we saw manatees everyday! Would stay here again and highly recommend!!

Great idea

This was a successful experiment for us. We wondered what it would be like to stay in a 55+ trailer community. My thoughts are that it's safe. It's clean. It's low cost. It's like new. You do have to drive almost everywhere to do something. But everything is fairly close. A couple of very nice places to walk are: John and Mable Ringling Rose Garden Sapphire Shores park

Better Than a Hotel

Great place to stay. Planned to stay in a hotel which may have been a little closer to some things. . . but, this worked so much better and allowed us do more. We loved it! So clean! Plan that you will be driving to things but not a problem. Lots of rain in the afternoons and it was so nice to come back to the Cozy Cottage . . . it truly lived up to its name.

This place is in a very quiet area of the park . It was clean and comfortable for two people. Rick the property manager lives in the Park and he is there promptly when you need a question answered or need him to look at something that need attention. We highly recommend this place and would stay there again

Great hosts!

The accommodations were excellent and the hosts were very quick to respond and meet the need. Would highly recommend renting from John and Rick! Even had a bowl of fruits on the counter for us to enjoy!

Unforeseen vacation

Very pleased with the property, perfect for two people. Location of rental was in a perfect quiet area. If we went back to Florida we would very much enjoy staying at this property. My only suggestion to the owner is a table lamp in the living room area. Sadly we left early because of the virus. Restaurants, movies, attractions the list could continue.; If we could of stayed it would of been an enjoyable month.

Two relaxing weeks 2020!

Convenient location to all Bradenton has to offer. Quiet and friendly. Fob for pool is an expensive additional cost. Great fruit welcoming gift, thanks to John and Rick!
