Detached house in a cozy and quiet urbanization, 15 minutes by car from the beach on the Costa Brava and 20 minutes from the city of Girona. It has 3 rooms with modern and functional furniture, 2 of them double, and another with 2 single beds, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. Magnificent garden with pool and lawn area to relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers provided. BBQ area with large dining table. Private basketball and tennis court. Free WIFI.
