Cozy newly renovated duplex house located next to the Mar Menor (12 mt). 3 floors; Large living room with kitchenette. A beautiful terrace on the ground floor where you can eat and dine comfortably. It also has a solarium on the third floor. The house has 3 bright bedrooms, all with views of the Mar Menor. 2 with double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. Built-in cabinets

It is located in one of the best areas of the manga to enjoy with your children or friends a wonderful and quiet beach. Only 12 meters from the Mar Menor. Supermarket 30m from the house. 2 very good restaurants in the area (Pieter school and collados beach). Full kitchen with dishwasher, oven and vitro, microwave, blender, juicer, coffee maker, etc. The house has a barbecue, TV 42 ”and wiffi. Hair dryer, and hair straightener. Towels, bedding, washing machine ...

Playground and swings for children 80m from the house, pharmacy, souvenir shop and 2 very good restaurants such as Pieter School and Collados Beach very close to the property. Crystal clear waters and fantastic bathroom. The beach of the Mediterranean Sea is 200m away

Buena ubicación pero faltan muchas cosas

La ubicación es excepcional, pero a la casa le falta muchísimo mantenimiento. Las tuberías de toda la casa olían mucho, el sumidero del patio estaba atascado de suciedad y la manguera no llegó a funcionar nunca porque la pieza llegó pero llegó una pieza que no era. La vegetación del patio sobra ya que atrae mucho a los mosquitos, que nos acribillaron. le falta aire acondicionado ya que los ventiladores no daban suficiente. Si pusieran mosquiteras sería un plus grande. El colchón de la habitación de arriba estaba sucio, hundido y para tirarlo. Le falta más limpieza general a la casa. Mari Carmen muy amable y por su parte todo correcto.

Vacaciones en familia

Hemos pasado unos días en familia (6 personas) y hemos estado la mar de cómodos. La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable, literalmente a unos pasos de la playa, ideal para pasar los calores. La casa es tal y como se describe y la comunicación con los propietarios ha sido muy fluida.
