Separate Laundry room with washer and dryer; Block walled backyard for maximum privacy with grass area for your pet. Double car garage with automatic opener.

This two story town home is great for the Business Traveler or Students at UNM. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, and the dining living area downstairs. With a balcony off EACH bedroom to enjoy the outdoors.

FULLY equipped kitchen with dinner and glassware, cooking utensils,crock pot etc.. I try to supply everything one could need, but if there is a special item needed--just ask and it will be provided.

All linens, paper towels, Laundry soap, Toilet paper, toiletries are provided...

The townhome is on corner lot with a small gated yard for your pet(s).

Work house

Myself and a few coworkers stayed here for almost 2 months. The host was amazing and always in perfect communication with us and they needed to cut grass and weed a few times during our stay. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area for work

we were spoiled!!!! the place was awesome-- beautiful and spacious and clean and i could go on----

we were three girlfriends -- retired and crossing the country on a 6 week roadtrip. there were many hotel stays and resorts but i will say -- this beautiful place spoiled us!! we all LOVED it there. and Jeannie - the owner - was fantastic to deal with

Great townhome, great host!

This was a great experience! Jeannie is an amazing host and was a great help with anything we needed. The house was spotless when we arrived and had every tool we needed in the kitchen to make our own food. The backyard is grass and just enough space for our young children to run around and get some energy out. We would definitely stay here again!

West side townhome

New to VRBO, so there's a learning curve, but overall it was a good experience and worked for us. The neighborhood wasn't stellar, but it was very convenient, and we were comfortable.

It was our pleasure to prepare the Townhome for the 5 seniors competing in the National Seniors Games that was hosted by Albuquerque this year! We take pride in our "Townhomeinthe505". Other guests have told us we have one of the best stocked Kitchen and amenities of any other furnished rental they have stayed at...We also take pride that we have a 2 car secured garage, and extra wide driveway for off street parking. We're glad you felt comfortable in our Townhome!

I chose this property due to convenience to the freeway.. which gave me quick access to almost anywhere in Albuquerque.. (Unless of course there is a freeway backup)
