Located less than a mile from Tahoe City, you will love this waterfront complex! It has a small, private beach - great for kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, or even just lounging. Close to hiking and bike trails, a boat ramp and major ski resorts. The complex has a pool, hot tub, tennis court, volleyball court, outdoor BBQ, and pier. The condo has 4 bedrooms, all with new mattresses and box springs, and sleeps 8 comfortably. It has 3 newly remodeled bathrooms, and 2 beautiful, sunshine-filled outdoor decks. There is also a gas fireplace in the living room, and laundry facilities on site. Free Wifi availible and Smart TV for streaming. Very spacious and comfortable .

Our group had a great stay, we enjoyed the condo and amenities. We had a slight issue with the fridge but were able to communicate about it, getting quick responses. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was as advertised. Perfect location close to town and right by the slopes

Lake getaway

We had a wonderful time! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We really enjoyed the pickle ball courts! Easy access to the lake. The property has a very small pebble beach, but is was not crowded. The house was very functional for a group of teenagers and adults. Mike was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions promptly.
