original, modern apartment with stunning views

Welcomed by Claudia, Giacomo, and Claudia's daughter Letizia. They answered every question we had about the area and gave us lot's of extra info. They couldn't helpmus enough during our 2 weeks stay. Apartment has everythingbyiu need, and a great welcome pack to start you on your way. Omegna is a perfect location, lovely and quiet, but easy access to more busier parts of Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore. We absolutely loved our stay, thank you and hope to return soon.

Great place to explore Lago d'Orta and surroundings

We really enjoyed our stay at Giacomo's garage. The appartement is situated about 50 to 100m elevated above Lago d'Orta. It is about 10min walk (steep though) to centre of Omegna where you will find sufficient restaurants and shops. The appartment is well equipped and if we needed anything Giacomo and Claudia were very responsive. When we arrived, the Jacuzzi was broken due to recent storms. They said it would take almost a week for the new one to arrive. When we asked if this could be arranged sooner, they made sure it arrived and was set up in one day! Claudia gave all kinds of tips for shops and restaurants. Although the appartment is next to Giacomo's house, we felt privacy was well assured. Highly recommended if you want to visit this beautiful area!

Bel appartement au calme avec vue sur le lac et le mont Cerano. Bords du lac et centre ville à 10 petites minutes à pied. Kleurrijk appartement Il Garage

Het appartement bevindt zich boven een garage waar je weinig last van hebt. Hooguit ‘s morgens wat geluid, maar geen herrie. Het is wel een hele klim naar boven, dus dat hebben we maar 1x gedaan. Een privĂ©-parkeerplaats bij het appartement, dus dat is fijn. Op het dakterras staat een heerlijke jacuzzi, helaas geen ligbedden. Wel een mooi uitzicht op het meer. Het appartement is koel en met vrolijke kleuren ingericht. In de accessoires zijn allerlei auto-onderdelen verwerkt, erg grappig om te zien. De kleurrijke keuken is eenvoudig ingericht. Het ouderlijk bed vonden wij iets te hard, maar de douche is heerlijk. De eigenaar is vriendelijk, maar spreekt geen Engels. Er is well een Italiaanse dame die Engels spreekt en die je via whatsapp kunt bereiken. Vlakbij ligt Orta wat een leuk plaatsje is en wij hebben vanuit Baveno de 3 eilandjes met een boottochtje bezocht. Leuke aanrader!

Appartement et localisation trÚs appréciée

Giacomo et Alice nous ont trÚs bien reçus. Ils ont été disponibles et de bon conseil. L'appartement est superbe tant par sa surface que par sa vue sur Omegna et le lac d'Orta. What a great charming - and a little quirky in a good way- place to stay!

Giacomo was great to deal with and helped us find ebikes to rent. This is an awesome biking area! The town of Omegna has few tourists from the US or Canada - which we enjoyed. The house has a very Italian feel - even w the garage motif ( very tastefully done!). Also Giacomo dropped off some wonderful garden vegetables for us - which we used during our weeks stay. Lake Orta is beautiful and with this rental we had a great view. The rental sits a 10 minute walk above the town - not an issue for us as we are fit and had a car - and the ebikes! This is a two bedroom place but it is very spacious!!!!

Een vakantiewoning zoals ze moet zijn. Voldoende ruimte, praktisch ingedeeld, rustige ligging, alle comfort aanwezig en zeer behulpzame en gastvrije eigenaars. Super séjour à Omegna

L’appartement est idĂ©al pour passer un bon sĂ©jour en famille: grand, calme et agrĂ©able. Il est bien situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© du lac d’Orta et du lac Majeur. Giacomo a toujours Ă©tĂ© aux petits soins pour nous. Dommage qu’il y ait eu un lĂ©ger diffĂšrent au dĂ©part en nous demandant de partir 1h plus tĂŽt que l’heure indiquĂ©e sur Abritel. Nous gardons un trĂšs bon souvenir de notre sĂ©jour et nous recommandons cette adresse.

Heerlijke vakantie in Omegna

Een heel mooi appartement! Alles netjes schoon. Ruim appartement met 2 badkamers en 2 slaapkamers. Vanaf het balkon een prachtig uitzicht over Omegna en het Ortameer. Giacomo en zijn vrouw zijn super vriendelijk en al je vragen worden netjes en snel beantwoord! De afstand naar Omegna is prima alleen is het lopend met een buggy wel stijl naar boven, aanpassen aan de Siesta van de Italianen is aan te raden als het warm is :). Gelukkig konden we we lekker afkoelen in de Jacuzzi, die werd in onze afwezigheid door Giacomo onderhouden. Rond het Ortameer is het niet zo toeristisch en dus zeker een aanrader om lekker ontspannen op vakantie te zijn. Let wel op dat het zwemmen in het Orta meer met kinderen alleen via betaalde stranden goed toegankelijk is. Het water is heerlijk! je bent ook met 20 minuten in bijvoorbeeld stressa aan het Lago Maggiore. Al met al een heerlijke vakantie met een super ontspannende locatie! Top appartement!

Schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf See und Berg

Die Teilnahme am UTLO war der Anlass, mit 2 Lauffreunden ein verlĂ€ngertes Wochenende in dieser schönen Wohnung zu verbringen. Die Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Start/Ziel war fĂŒr uns perfekt. Aber auch den herrlichen Blick auf den See und die Berge konnten wir von der Wohnung sehr genießen. Die Ankunft war sehr herzlich! Wir haben uns super wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Zeer ruime woning van vriendelijke eigenaren

De woning ziet er strak uit, is ruim opgezet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Daarnaast heb je een prachtig uitzicht over Omegna, het meer en de bergen er achter. De eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en schiet te hulp bij he minst of geringste. Dit is echt een aanrader.

Nous avons loué cet appartement une semaine. C'est un trÚs chouette et atypique logement. Beaucoup de place, trÚs confortable. Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse est bien sympa en rentrant de balade. La terrasse est aussi un belle endroit pour manger, la vue sur le lac est bien agréable. Les proprios sont vraiment trÚs sympas et répondent rapidement à toutes vos questions et demandes. Fantastic stay at this home

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived at the house. There were delicious tomatoes from Giacomo's garden and things to make a pasta after our long trip. The house is large and very clean. Also important it is cool when the weather is hot. There is a big kitchen where all things you need to cook are available. There are two terraces (one with a jacuzzi), the one at the front has a beautiful view over the lake. There is a private parking space and the house is located in a quit neighborhood. Omegna is a nice town were you can find restaurants and all the shops you need to buy groceries. It is about a 10 minutes walk from the house. There is a small boulevard where you can sit and drink your coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. We did a lot of hiking in the mountains and visited places around Lago d'Orta, the area is beautiful. Lago Maggiore is about 20 minutes by car. The contact we had with Giacomo, Claudia and Alice was very good, they are very nice and reacted quickly when we had questions. I can highly recommend this place for a stay.
