This house has a large living space for gathering. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and we enjoyed the fire pit out back. It's in a great location for walking to bars, restaurants and shops.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great- a short walk from town and quick drive to other attractions. I highly recommend this area for families.

The house is greatly located for historic Saugatuck - within walking distance. The neighborhood is nice. The house was good and served our needs well. The negatives were: No bathrooms upstairs. The a/c was a little uneven between floors. The stairwell rail needs to be better secured. We worked around all of these and had a fun vacation.

Great Family Visit in this Home

Perfect house for families who want to walk to town, fix family meals in a large kitchen, or spend the day at the beach and clean up in the tub or shower! The house was even better than expected and we would definitely visit again!

Perfect location

Francis cottage was a oerfect location for our stay. Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The place was very clean and suitable for 8 women. Loved having a fire pit and fire wood to burn for a chilly might.Would absolutely stay here again!

Great girls weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time! We had 12 ladies stay in the house and there was everything we needed including tons of towels and extra blankets and pillows. The location was a perfect walk to town.

Location was perfect to downtown and wedding venue. Very nice and quaint neighborhood. Older home and interesting layout; bathrooms in odd locations, but decent & clean. Could use some extra blankets in bedrooms and family rooms.

Great place for family

We will be staying here again. Friendly host and had things you need on a day to day basis while on vacation like shampoo, soap, laundry pods, etc. They were outstanding, anytime I had a question or issue they responded in a few minutes. The location of this specific property was great. One minute walk from downtown Saugatuck and a couple minute drive to many beaches it had everything we could want. Spent most of our time wandering around Saugatuck, visiting coffee shops, parks, and local marina. It was a great experience all around.

Family stay

Very comfortable with a great location , adequate parking, comfortable beds , a well equipped kitchen with good , newer appliances and a good ice maker. There were enough towels toilet paper and soap as well as garbage bags . The TVs were good and conveniently located . The wifi was good . We came for a family party at another location . All our needs were met .
