Excellent experience with wonderful hosts. Great location. Unfortunately we visited Tuesday-Thursday in October and MANY things were closed. So check this prior to planning a visit to New Buffalo.

The three floors worked great for our group. Kids room was perfect for our family and the play space was a nice bonus for the young ones. Appreciate the owners sharing their home and being good communicators!

Property was beautiful and had loads of extras to enjoy the beach and keep the little one entertained. Great for multiple generations. Geoff and Sarah were great hosts - provided lots of information and were very responsive. Overall it was a fabulous vacation.

We had a great time at this house! The listing made everything look appealing and it was even better than expected. Wonderful house for extended family with plenty of space and tons of indoor & outdoor seating. My 3 year old loved the walk in closet / play room filled with toys and the bonus loft space. Kitchen is packed with anything you'd need and you can't beat the location. We had a great time at the pool as well. Everything was clean & orderly when we arrived and owners were quick to respond to any questions.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The surprise of the provided toys was the perfect early morning fix for the adults to enjoy some coffee in peace on the front porch. This place was everything and more that was promised. I would also like to note that the communication between Geoff and Sarah was fast and helpful. In the words of my wide eyed huge smile 7 year old niece “yo! This place is sick!” We can’t wait to return next year for another enjoyable family vacation.

What an absolute treasure! This house was the perfect place for a long weekend catching up with family and friends in the summer. The neighborhood is quaint and charming. Downtown New Buffalo, the marina, and the beach are all within walking distance of the house. This home is definitely equipped for families, especially those with young children. There were tons of toys, games, and areas for kids to play. The even sought to add sound machines in every bedroom so you don’t hear any trains on the nearby train tracks. While our group did not use the pool, it looked fantastic! Geoff is a great host and was available for questions leading up to and during our stay. Great place!

Great location, perfect getaway

Location couldn’t be better, walked everywhere even with little ones. Plenty of room for everyone and space, toys, supplies etc. 100% would stay here again.

This house is adorable, very clean, and a short walk away from downtown shops, restaurants, and the lake. We loved everything about it!
