The place is so NICE, homey, comfortable, clean, spacious, and in a beautiful spot. Only a few minutes away from Raystown Lake in one direction, or downtown Huntingdon the other way. We love staying here every time.
Third time staying at the larger house. Another great stay. Property was great as always. Clean, comfortable and has everything you need. We expanded our horizons from Raystown went to the PSU white out game, not a bad trip. Also hiked Hall of the Mountain King and Throne room. Also explored The Cliffs. Looking forward to our next stay. Thanks
We have stayed here since just after this became a rental. The owners are very responsible and the property is ALWAYS spotless. We look forward to going back every year.
All was as advertised. Tim was great in responding timely and answering all my questions. In addition he communicated great tips about traveling to the property as we were towing a boat. Lots of space. House was super clean and comfortable. Enjoyable stay for sure!!!
We loved this property! We spent a week here with our 3 kids and our dog and we will definitely stay here again in the future. The kids and the dog had a lot of fun using the big yard to run around and our morning coffee out in the sun room was excellent. The house is located perfectly between Seven Points and Huntingdon so we were able to easily go between swimming and the Huntingdon County Fair. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone!
We stayed at Tim’s place while visiting the Raystown area. It has great proximity to the Susquehannock campground and Five points Marina. Check in was easy and place was well stocked with everything you would need for a vacation. Space felt much larger than the pictures present. Would stay again if we visited area again, would highly recommend
The cabin is on a nice bit of property, off the road a little so it's really quiet. Nice view and comfortable. The sun room is a nice touch, too! I'd stay here again.
