The living room has upholstered furniture and offers cable TV, internet/wifi and there is also a DVD player. The kitchen includes a full size electric range with oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, coffeepot, toaster, cookware and dinnerware. The dining area has a table with 8 chairs. The third bedroom upstairs has 4 single beds. We provide toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish towels and a bath mat. The bathroom has a shower with tub, toilet and sink. Daily maid service is not available but the cabin has a vaccuum for guests to use as they wish.

Raystown Lake is a popular waterway in south central Pennsylvania. The 29 mile long lake and surrounding area are owned in large part by the federal government with several state-owned parks and forests close by. It is a wonderful area to spend a family vacation with great hiking, hunting, boating, swimming, fishing, and bird watching. Other popular attractions include caverns, railroading, horse-back riding, lake cruises, boat rentals just to mention a few. For golfers, Huntingdon Country Club offers a public golf course about 4 miles north of us. Volunteers have created the Allegrippis Trail which is popular with biking enthusiasts. Fishing tournaments are frequently held in the area. During your stay, you may be blessed to see a bear swimming across the lake or a bald eagle returning to its nest.
