Ideally located in the quiet and residential area of Porto Saler, and 7 minutes walk from the center of Sant Francesc, this house has been completely renovated in 2019 with a lot of taste and charm. Perfectly equipped (reversible air conditioning in bedrooms, appliances, wifi) and very comfortable, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen opening onto a terrace with sea views. This house is semi-detached, but without direct neighbors, each has its privacy.

Wonderful Two Bedroom home in excellent location within 5 minutes drive to San Fransesc. Easy to park at house, and easy to get to all beaches. Nice interior space with spacious common area for living room, two full bathrooms, good showers, good air con in bedrooms. Small kitchen is fine for preparing light meals. Outdoor space is fabulous, with great seating for outdoor dining or chilling out. Wonderful view of the sea and Ibiza in the distance. Communication with Eric and Nico was great. They are always available and quick to respond. Check-in and out with Luana was very easy as well. All in, 5 star experience. Only issue we had was it gets very hot in the common living area, even with the doors open, and there is no fan or air con in the space. This is probably ok for many people, but might be an issue if there are mosquitos. We were lucky that no one was living in the adjacent house, so it was incredibly quiet and peaceful for our 3 week stay. Muchas gracias!

Can Croco es una casa muy cómoda y amplia, equipada con todas las comodidades necesarias, tanto en utensilios de cocina como en baños y en el jardín/terraza. La casa es preciosa y perfecta para disfrutar de unos días en Formentera. El personal, especialmente Luana y Nicola, fueron excelentes, siempre atentos y amables.La ubicación es ideal: está en Sant Francesc, muy cerca en coche o bicicleta de todos los lugares de interés de la isla.Como detalle a tener en cuenta, al estar en el campo hay bastantes mosquitos, y en los días de mucho calor puede notarse que no hay aire acondicionado en el salón (sí en todas las habitaciones). En general, esto no supone un gran problema ya que abriendo las puertas hacia la terraza la ventilación es buena.La finca se comparte con otras dos casas (una adosada y otra más pequeña un poco más apartada). En mi caso no tuve ningún inconveniente, ya que la mayor parte del tiempo estuvieron vacías.En conjunto, es una casa preciosa, muy bien ubicada y con un servicio excelente. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable para alojarse en Formentera.

Dieses Haus am Ortsrand von Sant Francesc ist ein Traum für jeden Liebhaber der Insel. Die Ausstattung genügt auch gehobenen Ansprüchen und ist optisch sehr schön und komfortabel umgesetzt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse in die typische Landschaft Formenteras inkl. Meerblick ist einmalig.

The house is beautifully decorated, the outside lounge is perfect, and we could enjoy the sun from home sometimes as we felt so good we didn't wan't to leave the house. The kitchen is fully equiped. The location is very good, very close to San Francesc, the comunication with the responsible person (Eric) was very good, always attending to our requests. We really loved it, would definitely recommend it. Thank You!
