Clean and comfortable

The apartment was VERY clean, which to me is on the top of the list. The location was great, close by to tourist attractions in Newport. The host was very helpful in giving suggestions of things to do in the area. Overall an A+

Great Place!

This property was well maintained, perfect location (1 mile from the cliff walk and beach) with a great little town within walking distance with great food options! We loved Newport, and John and Kathy were very accommodating and their place was great! Not a single complaint!

Quick weekend trip to Middletown/Newport area

Great space for a beach weekend

The property was cozy while spacious. Check in and out was easy. Short walk to the beach, some restaurants etc. A short drive to downtown Newport. Property had everything you might need. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean! Overall has a great stay!

Great place for the 6th year

Clean and comfortable location minutes from Newport. Host John and his wife are friendly and always available if need arises. Have stayed at this location 6 years in a row and will again.

Why they chose this property

Newport is one of the top travel destinations in the world. Being on the coast, on an island, the temperatures are tempered, milder winters and a welcoming breeze on those hot summer days. The scenic views are unmatched, the variety and quality of restaurants are too many to count. The things to do within miles, unbelievable mansions from the gilded age, State parks, wineries, beaches, boating, and always something special going on all the time in the summer.
