Home away from Home

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. We loved the heated pool. Lots of nature and peaceful setting overlooking canal. Walkable friendly neighborhood. Very close to stores and restaurants. Rick and Jenni great hosts!!

Our FL home away from home

The place was in wonderful shape even after the hurricane. We were very comfortable and close to my father. Just wish it had been warm enough to swim!!

Relaxing

I rented this house for physical activity. Between the pool and the neighborhood streets that were excellent for walking and biking I got in over 35 exercises in 28 days. The sunsets were outstanding and the wildlife was entertaining.

Amazing stay!

There were two adults and 3 children staying at the home. All fit more than comfortably. The house was immaculate, fully furnished to meet all wants and needs. Awesome location with shopping, restaurants, parks and beaches. The pool was warm and clean as described. The property manager and the owner were so welcoming and sweet. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed. We loved staying there so much that we are looking to book the house again in April!

Perfect relaxation spot!

We came down for spring break and had 4 teenagers! 2 girls and 2 boys. Thought we would have a hard time keeping them entertained! Not the case! The fishing on the canal all the boys would do morning noon and night! And the girls were all laying out in the pool! Quiet but still close to everything! Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Fully Furnished for Fun in the Sun!

What a great place. Owner has everything you need to be able to fully enjoy from the moment you arrive. The pool was a comfortable 87 each day. Fishing off the dock on the canal in the backyard was a bonus. No hesitation with renting this home again!

So glad we chose this property during the Spring 2020 Quarantine

This property provided us with a safe, comfortable haven during the Quarantine. Being able to fish on the canal and swim in a private pool aided in our social distancing. We have played games, watched television, read books, learned to crochet.. like we were home, but in much warmer weather and the amazing pool.

Great house, good location and well stocked kitchen!

We really enjoyed out stay at this rental house in Port Charlotte in February 2017. It had all the amenities of home including beach towels, beach chairs, a heated pool (80-85 degrees), well stocked kitchen, and lots of extras like a sound system that works off CDs or an Ipod. There are fans in each room and TVs in each bedroom, the living room and family room. Good DVD library and games too. The location is only 8 minutes from Port Charlotte Mall, 20 minutes to Port Charlotte beach (where you can rent kayaks), and 30 minutes to Englewood Beach. My husband fished off the dock on the canal and caught some nice fish. We also enjoyed walking in the neighborhood which has very littel traffic. If you need to work while away, there is a nice office area off the living room with hard wire to the internet (although the wifi worked great too.) We plan to come back next winter!

Sun and Fun.

We had a great time. The home was well suited to our needs and wants. We truly enjoyed the time relaxing by the pool. The caretaker was available if we needed anything. The location is close to shopping and provides easy access to the main roads that go to other points in Florida.
