Conveniently located in the heart of Wellington, the townhouse is close to the equestrian venues, and a nice walk away from restaurants, Publix, and the Wellington amphitheater where you can enjoy concerts and movies. It is very close to Lake Wellington and the Florida Rowing Center. The Saturday’s Farmer’s Market offers fresh produce from October through April or you can get together with locals at the Thursday nights Food Truck Invasion. There is no need to go out if you don’t want to. You can have a relaxing morning cup of coffee on the balcony, enjoy a good book on the screened in porch in the afternoon, prepare a home cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen (including a large refrigerator and pantry space for your goodies) and finish the beautiful Florida evening with a glass of wine, some friends and mild winter weather on the back porch. After a long day enjoy the clean shower before cuddling up in the comfortable bed. The entire home is meticulously cleaned, maintained and improved every year. From a simple cooking tool to better internet service, we are constantly discovering ways to make your stay enjoyable.

Rates include electricity, internet and wifi. Guest will be charged extra for excessive electricity or water usage. The average electric bill is $200/month, and the average water bill is $60/month.

CLEANING - A standard cleaning fee of $200 applies for stays under 28 days. For rentals of 28 days or longer, a one-time cleaning fee of $350 will apply.

Great 5 weeks

Wonderful property in a very convenient location, in a quiet neighborhood. Condo was very well appointed and spotless upon our arrival. Jack & Sonja were great hosts who were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We spent 5 weeks there and would not hesitate to rent again in the future.

A little run down - check all reviews

The owners were quick to respond but many things were not in good working order. We could NOT get the TV working and the lights were non existent. I complained about the outside entrance light not working as we felt very uncomfortable coming home in the dark. The owner said he tried to get a handy man to fix while we were staying for 4 nights. However if you look online there was a complaint about the lights and TV’s from Nov 2022! The wifi was horrible!! Only 2 devices could be on the wifi at any point. One night none of us could get on. The place was clean but run down. No lights on the dishwasher so I hope it cleaned the dishes!

Some strange things

Renting process was ok More paperwork than I thought House was clean inside Many light switches did not work- No outside light by the front door No hallway light when you entered the door No light switch for fan and light in the living room We had trouble figuring out Roki tv but the I called the host and he helped us out . We were a little surprised by the quality of the neighborhood Wellington was a beautiful community but I think we were on the lowest rent street in the suburb. The 4 of us were in West Palm Beach to play in a baseball tournament so we weren’t sightseeing so it was ok

Perfect Vacation Spot

In town for the Christmas Holiday

The home is relatively clean but some features/fixtures are worn and need replacement, repair and/or updating. Neighbors were noisy late into the night. There is a very strong odor of air fresheners. We only slept and showered there so it met our basic needs. It was nice to have a place to do laundry as needed.

Wellington townhouse

The townhouse was just as pictured. The homeowners could not have been kinder or more responsive. Unfortunately our trip was cut short but the time we spent there was very comfortable.

We have been managing properties for the last 7 Years. We enjoy boating, fishing, traveling and spending time with our teenage son and daughter (sometimes). Jack has a background in technology that has taken him throughout the United States and Canada creating highly reliable wireless networks for Fortune 500 companies. He started applying his experience of delivering large complex corporate projects on time and budget to become a successful residential and commercial real estate investment professional and now also enjoys creating investment portfolio income. He will soon be starting to build housing in his downtime. Sonja’s background is in office management, retail, customer service, photography and in real estate as a realtor. She has been an integral part in meeting project timelines for Jack in his Wireless Network Infrastructure business and the real estate investment. Born and raised in Germany, she lived 9 years in Chicago and 17 years in Wellington. Weather traveling ourselves or hosting new guests, we are always interested in meeting people from around the world.

Why they chose this property

Wellington is a wonderful community 10 miles from downtown West Palm Beach. It has lots of things to do and see. We have world recognized equestrian events in the winter through spring. Competitors from all over and the people who support them bring energy and more excitement into the community. The town gets pretty busy during the equestrian season. It has many things to do for active people. There is the Rowing Center on Lake Wellington not far from the house, Okeeheelee Park which has the Equestrian Center, equestrian trail (9 miles), a Golf Course, Nature Center, bicycle paths and rentals, BMX track, freshwater-stocked fishing, playgrounds, canoe/kayak/pedal boat rentals, tennis courts, volleyball, water skiing and much more. Wellington is 12 miles from beautiful white sand beaches. Calypso Bay Waterpark is only 5 miles from the house and Lion Country Safari is only a 9 mile drive. There is something for every age to do here. If you are interested in driving further, Orlando and the amusement parks (Disney, MGM, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventures, Epcot) are 2 ½ hours North. South Beach and Miami are 1 ½ hours South and the Florida Keys are just beyond Miami. Palm Beach County – where Wellington is located, has year-round deep sea fishing and plenty of lakes and canals for fresh water fishing. The drift diving is fantastic here with the visibility being clearest during the winter and spring months. If you are a professional sports fan, we have Football, Baseball, Hockey and Basketball. If you are into golf, bring your clubs – there are many courses to play throughout our South Florida area.
