This was a great house!! It was so clean and the deck and deck furniture were beautiful!! It was a really easy walk to the beach!! We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was exceptionally clean, check-in was a breeze, and the host was friendly and communicative throughout the process. The location was perfect for a peaceful off-season getaway, and the easy beach access was easily one of our favorite features. Morning and evening walks along the beach were highlights of the entire trip!We had only a few minor gripes. An air fryer would be a welcome kitchen addition for reheating leftovers, and the floors were a bit slippery, causing some furniture to slide around—particularly the bed, which seemed determined to relocate every time I rolled over in my sleep. Our biggest disappointment, however, was not spending nearly enough time relaxing on the deck, which was entirely our own fault.Overall, a wonderful five-star experience with just a few small quirks. We'd happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!

We had an incredible stay with our 3 year old and our dog! The location and privacy of the home could not be any better. On our first walk to the beach we encountered a sea turtle in the dunes and shortly after had the opportunity to see her make her way back to the ocean, she was much quicker than you’d expect! We also had the pleasure of seeing a young buck multiple times out back enjoying the vegetation! The beach was quiet and water calm, perfect for dogs and children alike. Very much enjoyed our trip and will certainly return!

Perfect location with easy access to Broadkill Beach. Perfect beach house for me, the hubby, and pup! Terry is so easy to communicate with. The check-in and out process is a breeze. Clean and just enough space for us. This is why we keep coming back!! We absolutely love this place and as long as Terry will have us, we'll be back!!!

We booked this house with our 2 dogs, my mother in law and her dog. The place was perfect for us. We loved the short walk to the beach. The bedrooms were spacious enough for us. The house was very clean, the deck had been recently redone. We didn't realize that bringing your own linens meant dish cloth and dish towels as well, this could have been my own fault for not realizing. The gas grill looked like it hadn't been used in awhile. We went to grill burgers only to find out that the propane was out. They delivered that a few days later but we didn't realize it until we saw the tank under the house. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the deck. The outdoor shower was awesome.

Our stay at this property was a very good one! The host Terry was very quick with correspondence and was very accommodating when we made some adjustments to our original stay. Check in was a breeze and the property was very clean. The house was lovely and well stocked. Since we were new to the area, we did not realize the wildlife that was so close. For those with smaller dogs, we had a bald eagle swoop the porch that our dog was sunbathing on. We also had fox show up frequently which was pretty scary at our night time walk. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation stay and I'd return again for certain.

Great beach getaway!

It was a beautiful cottage with plenty of comfy spots to curl up, inside and out, with a dog friendly deck (w gates across the stairs). It was very comfortable.

We had a fantastic time, would stay here again. Very clean, love the huge deck with steps to beach. Outdoor shower is very roomy! We brought our own steam pot & stopped at seafood meadling in dover on way down. 20mins to Rehoboth shops & restaurants. Also recommend crooked hammock, dog friendly
