About this property

Family-Friendly Condo on Lake Charlevoix!

This is why you go on vacation. To get away to a beautiful place with activities and amenities for all. Our place is perfect for grandparents and families with kids!

We just finished a complete renovation, including new granite countertops, kitchen appliances and cabinets, hardwood throughout, trim and paint, and furniture. It is tasteful and inviting!

The first floor bedroom has two bunk-beds and a trundle for the kids with en suite bath. The second floor features two bedrooms each with a queen bed, and a new bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles in a 4' by 4' shower and loft space with an amazing view. There are 3 decks, two with lake views and one with a gas grill.

The unit has all new furniture including a sectional in the family room, six person dining room table, and decor to match.

We have been coming to northern Michigan for the past 25 years and believe that this unique condo checks all the boxes. It is in the heart of Northern Michigan, with a soft sand beach and lush grass out front and within minutes of skiing at Boyne Mountain. You are a 5 minute walk from downtown Boyne City and a 30 minute drive to Petosky, Bay Harbor, Charlevoix, and Traverse City.

Specifically, our unit is located at the Harborage, a private residential association of 102 condominium homes located in Boyne City, Michigan. The association is on 21 acres of lush green landscaped property. The Harborage enjoys nearly one-half mile of frontage on beautiful Lake Charlevoix with all homes overlooking either the lake or the marina. The western facing site with long lake views offers spectacular sunsets. The grounds include tennis courts and a chipping and putting green.

This a is a beautiful location, wonderful beach area and view. Check in easy and the kitchen and living room wonderful. The hot water was challenging to figure out and the door in the downstairs bathroom didn’t close . The front deck was not cleaned.

Wonderful Condo

We had our annual admin planning retreat here and it was a great stay! The waterfront was gorgeous and the condo was very nice. Super clean, beds were comfy, furnishings attractive, & kitchen well stocked. Taking work breaks by walking the beach or walking to town was ideal for us. Local restaurants were very good. The heating cooling setup is a little unusual but once the owner walked us through it we were very comfortable. Sam, who was our main contact throughout was a gem. Always available, quick to help, and super kind. This is a great family, friend, or work get away!

My husband and I absolutely loved the condo. Beautifully decorated and cozy for a winter stay. Loved sitting by the fire and watching the sunset on the lake. Extra special touches were provided like plush blankets and laundry detergent pods. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Beds were also super comfortable. I look forward to staying here again!!

The condo was perfect and exactly what it stated online. It was right in front of the beach which made it great for the kids and it was a couple minute walk to the marina if you have a boat. 10 minute walk to downtown Boyne City which made walking into town for breakfast, lunch or dinner a breeze. We have been coming to Northern Michigan for decades and love the entire area. The scenery is uniformly picturesque while each town has its own unique perks. And the calming vibe cannot be beat. We hope you too enjoy some time in this special place.

Why they chose this property

We feel like the Harborage at Boyne City is like like the porridge that is just right in the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. It is not far off I-75, it has the warm water of an inland lake, the town has great restaurants, you are close to the wineries of Old Mission Peninsula, the skiing at Boyne Mountain is 10 minutes away, and the view from our westward facing condo is priceless.
