There is a double bed in the downstairs bedroom, a double bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 single beds in the 3rd. Set within lovely tropical gardens this lovely three bedroom duplex apartment is an excellent location for that family holiday. Beautifully furnished and offering spacious accommodation with beautiful free form pool that forms the perfect centrepiece for this lovely complex. A short walk through a local park, complete with children's area and duck pond takes you to the local shops, bars and restaurants. There is Air conditioning/heating throughout and complementary Wi-Fi and internet enabled TV with international channels.
The swimming pool is open all year round.

Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.
There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings.
Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking.
IMPORTANT- there will also be an additional €200 added to the existing damage deposit. This will be taken automatically with your final balance payment, 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The €200 damage deposit for the dog, plus the existing damage deposit cost, will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. Subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

excellent apartment with great views to the sea
The terraces are very nice, and the rooms wide. Kitchen new and well well equipped.
