Wonderful property! Beautiful, well-decorated home and patio in an excellent location. Walkable to everything in and around the historic district but still so quiet, peaceful, and secluded. Awesome, easily reachable host. Will definitely stay here again if back in St. Augustine.

Perfect location allowed us to easily walk everywhere!! Parking for two vehicles was excellent for the area. The space was great for two couples and we loved the porch. David was an amazing host who answered every question and did everything he could to make us comfortable.

I can’t say enough nice things about both my experience here and the property itself. If you are staying in St. Augustine, staying here will enrich your time enormously. We had a wonderful stay here! This place has all the character and charm of historic St. Augustine, with the sounds and the smells. We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony, enjoying the sounds of the horse-drawn carriages, taking in all the delicious fragrances of nearby food and watching the tour trolleys go by. As everyone else has said, the location couldn’t be better. It’s a peaceful haven in the middle of a charming, bustling festive city! The host, David was very nice and accommodating. Definitely a fantastic experience all around!
