This splendid apartment, with the perfect blend of Venetian style and modern design, is located in the picturesque Cannaregio district, in Campo Santa Fosca. Halfway between Santa Lucia train station and Rialto Bridge.

When you wake up in the morning and open the windows, you can immerse yourself in the Venetian atmosphere, admiring the canal, the palaces touching the water, and the typical boats passing before your eyes.

By crossing the bridge of Campo Santa Fosca, you can reach the Fondamenta della Misericordia and Ormesini in 3 minutes, with their surprising selection of excellent wine bars and taverns for your lunches, aperitifs, and dinners.

The apartment consists of a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom, a small room with a French bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation is located on the first floor, with a lift, and is equipped with all the appliances guests may need.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. Perfect!

Loved staying here, very clean and loved the location. Beautiful bridge and pub right out our door. Grocery was very close. Water taxi brought us right to our door. We highly recommend. Caitlin was who checked us in and she was super helpful - even with retrieval Of some lost/delivered luggage.

Outstanding value and service

A clean, well equipped and lovely apartment in the best part of Venice. Very quick check in and helpful contact. This was superb value. Some instructions on turning on the heating in the bathroom. Im sure if I called someone would have helped me anyway so not a problem really.
