Comfortable Apt In Historical Center (2 rooms)

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback, I will treasure it in some way to improve the experience of future guests. I must, for the sake of fairness, add some clarifications. First of all, the cleaning of the building does not concern the apartment, but the condominium of an ancient 17th century building with its charm and its problems (like pigeons). The apartment itself is cleaned carefully at every checkout in a scrupulous manner. I went to the apartment in a hurry because you complained when you entered, that both the air conditioning and the toilet flush did not work, while both did it perfectly. (the flush is a little slow, but works well once you understand the mechanism). The truth is that I came in a hurry for no reason, there was no real need and it is incorrect and false to say that I was "annoyed" by this. Ultimately I will treasure your review only in part, because, asking for blankets in the hottest time of the year (36 degrees), not understanding how the washing machine works (which works very well), or declaring my house warm, makes me understand that you need, for your future stays, a hotel-type accommodation and not a holiday home like mine, in the historic center of Rome.
