Immersed in the green hill of Capo Blu, the house offers a convenient and comfortable base for visiting the beauties of the coast of South Sardinia and for spending a relaxing holiday immersed in nature. Access to the house through a small courtyard with pergola equipped with barbecue and shower. Large air-conditioned living area with wood-burning fireplace, renovated kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and internal veranda. One bedroom with bunk bed and one single and double bedroom with access to the veranda. Master bathroom and service bathroom just renovated.

L'appartement est grand et très bien équipé avec une superbe vue ! Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine (attention bonnet obligatoire) de petites randonnées a proximité et des plages du coin. La plus proche est a 20 minutes à pied pour le reste il faut la voiture ! Nicolas est très réactif, gentil et disponible si besoin.

une maison agréable, confortable et bien équipée avec belle vue (piscine du village et mer au loin)

Un accueil chaleureux de la part de Nicola ,le propriétaire, malgré notre arrivée tardive (1h30 du matin) et des petites attentions pour le petit déjeuner( lait, jus de fruits, pâtisseries). La maison est très agréable, confortable et bien équipée. Depuis le balcon, on peut voir la piscine du village( dont nous avons bien profité) et au loin la mer. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine! Je recommande vivement cette maison.
