Block from beach- Super Clean beach condo - Comfy! Pet Friendly - Avalon-SH

This Beachy beach condo is described by guests as the "perfect" vacation rental. We hope you will feel same. We take pride to make our guest's stay meet or exceed their expectations. The condo is located on 78th street a block away from the beach in Avalon's South-end close to Stone Harbor and 1 block from the Bay. 4 minute walk to Icona Resort (Beach Bar) and Windrift (and Beach!) - Less than 20 walk to Stone Harbor 30 minutes to Cape May. fyi - We are updating the main bathroom and i will update the pictures when its complete.

Great place for Wedding accommodations. Super close to Icona, Winddrift and Reeds of Stone Harbor. 2 day Min in Fall/Winter.

1st floor unit with 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is perfectly situated in close proximity to the ocean, bay, Windrift Beach Restaurant, Golden Inn Sand Bar, hotel district, recreation facilities and Stone Harbor's shopping district. Step inside and you will find a spacious living area, kitchen, dining area and 3 sizable bedrooms (bedroom 1 - King bed, 2nd bedroom - full and two twins, 3rd bedroom - twin bunk beds). Sit out front on the porch to relax and people watch. Two Flat screen TV's and Cable and wireless internet provided. Everything was renovated a few years ago, including new kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, master bathroom, lighting, and new central HVAC. Laundry room has new washer and dryer. New Sectional Couch with pull out full bed. Outside shower and common grill to use. Beach house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Beach tags (6) and beach chairs (4) and a beach umbrella will be provided. Beach Towels are also included. We also provide boogie boards, and other beach toys. We will provide a full list of what we have to offer before your stay so you know what to pack. We are always getting new things for our beach house :)

There is a $ 300 deposit. Pets are considered - please inquire. Pet fee $ 150 for 1 pup - $ 250 for 2 pups.

We can supply linens and towels for a $ 200 fee. Beds will be made when you arrive. Please inquire if you are interested in adding to your reservation. There are also services you can contact for linens @ https://www.atshoreservice.com/

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure Beach Tags are put but in drawer to the left of the sink.
If you use the crib/playpen, please break down and store in main bedroom closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We stayed at this property for a wedding at the Icona. It had everything we needed for our family and we love that we could bring our dog. It was clean and comfortable and we would definitely recommend this place for anyone. Easy to access and good communication. Appreciate the beach chairs available for use. It was a great place to stay, the house had everything you would need to stay for days! You could just bring your clothes and personal belongings, and be just fine at the house. Owner was very kind and let us know the property was available a day early so we were able to get to enjoy the beautiful fall beach weather! We brought our 2 Boston terriers and two teenage daughters the has a great time! This is perfect for a family and pet friendly!

Great April Getaway

This condo was perfect for a four day trip with a toddler and infant. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay and the location was perfect. Being walking distance to the beach, a playground and a couple restaurants was very convenient. Parking was easy and the home is very well stocked.

Cozy and close to the beach

We were in town for a wedding at the Icona and this was a calm, cozy place to stay away from the wedding hoopla. The house was clean with many nice amenities. There were six adults in our group and we had plenty of space to lounge and talk. The location was close to the beach, the Icona and a nice park area. We enjoyed the covered porch on rainy,overcast days. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Wonderful Last Minute Reservation!

We had another reservation cancelled the night before our trip and were lucky enough to fine Diane’s condo with very little notice. The condo was spacious, clean and perfectly located. Our family of 5 adults and one child had plenty of space. We would absolutely love to stay again!

Perfect weekend at the beach!
