Private Pool, Steps To Beach, & Parking!

Anthony, we are so glad that you all enjoyed your stay at our beach home, it's location, private pool and cleanliness! Our property pictures and description are honestly listed and we have many families, including our own, with 5 and 6 members that return to our beach house year after year because of all it has to offer! Unfortunately, we cannot control taxes and fees that added to the cost of your reservation, but please know that we are the closest and most affordable home to the beach that has a full size private pool with on-site parking for multiple cars, a grass yard area including a large patio with outdoor seating and gas grill as well as a full outdoor enclosed and roofed shower with changing area. We thank you for acknowledging the cleanliness of our home as well as our attentiveness to our guests as that is so important to us! Again, we thank you for choosing our wonderful beach home!

We're glad you were able to take advantage of the excellent location and proximity to everything - never really needing to move the car! We are sorry to just now learn about the rude pedestrians, please know that Point Pleasant Beach Police has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to the noise ordinance, always call them or us directly and it would have been addressed immediately!
