Beautiful stone villa, built 2019, with 180 degree views over the infinity pool to Boka Bay, Tivat, Mt Vrmac and iconic Mt Lovcen.

This is a brand new villa, built and equipped to a high standard, with light and spacious accommodation arranged on two floors. The open plan living space has full width sliding doors on three sides to balconies with beautiful views across the bay to Tivat and over the valley towards Mt Lovcen.
Three ensuite bedrooms, each with fully glazed doors to terrace and wet room bathrooms with excellent showers.

Set at the end of a quiet village which lies at the entrance to the beautiful and accessible Lustica peninsula, it is a perfect destination whether you wish to relax by the fabulous pool or explore spectacular Montenegro.

Plavi Horizonte, a wide sandy beach set in a sheltered bay backed by pine trees, is a five minute drive or 15 minute walk.

Kotor, Budva, Tivat and Herceg Novi are all within 30 mins drive, as is the spectacular route to the summit of Mount Lovcen.

We had an incredible time on holiday at this villa. The property was superb and the view stunning. We couldn’t fault it. It felt like a real home and was completed to a very high standard, the pool was excellent and well maintained and our host was very welcoming -being available online for any queries even before we flew. We also received a very comprehensive information email prior to arriving with details of the villa alongside information on the local area etc which was very useful. I would highly recommend staying her as an amazing base to explore Montenegro and all it has to offer.

Beautiful villa

The host was communicative and helpful, the place was very clean and beautifully decorated and the location was perfect with a stunning view. Kotor was approx 20 mins by car and Tivat a bit less. Lovely sandy and family-friendly beach nearby. Would definitely return!

A house with breathtaking views and charme…

…the house is beautiful. The view is just amazing. Almost everything was well working. We didn‘t have any WLAN during our stay. The house keeper tried to fix it unsuccessfully. The weather was unfortunately to cold for the beautiful pool and the Plavi Horizont Beach needs an about 10 minutes car ride in addition to a 5 minutes walk. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Great stay in Duraševići

We were a group of six adults and spent one week in the villa in Duraševići. The villa is really beautiful. The view to the sea is amazing. The house was clean and nicely decorated. There are no neighbours next to the house. With the car it ist not far to Tivat and Kotor. We really can recommend a stay in the villa, you will have a wondeful time. Thank you for everything!

We are a couple with grown up families, based in the south of England. We visited Montenegro in 2013 for a family holiday, fell in love with the Lustica area, and Bogisici in particular, and returned one month later to buy a derelict house in the village.

Villa Pcela was the result of a year long very successful and well managed project which created a comfortable and stylish home.
In 2017 we had the opportunity to buy a plot of land in the same village with stunning 180 degree views. Villa Bubamara was completed in 2019.
We visit frequently and are keen cooks! You will find a great kitchen, equipped with everything you need. The villa has been furnished with love and care for our own use, so it's definitely a home from home. It is a perfect base, whether you prefer to relax by the pool or beach, or explore the stunning mountain and coastal areas of this fabulous country.

Why they chose this property

The villa is privately situated at one end of the village of Bogisici, which lies at the entrance to the beautiful Lustica pensinsula.
lt is a great location, the coast and the mountains are very accessible.
Only 15 mins drive to Tivat Airport and Kotor.
