SPLENDID STAR luxury apartment ..... PIAZZA SAN MARK' S very suitable for 2 people and located a few steps from Piazza San Marco, where there are a lot of shops and supermarkets nearby. The apartment has all the amenities, fast and free WIFI, air conditioning each room, Self-heating each room , dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, safe, SKY-satellite TV ... with BBC channels - CNN - FOX - DISCOVERY and many others. Composed of living room, bedroom (double bed) and a spacious PRIVATE bathroom with thermostatic shower, and chromotherapy, professional hair-dryer. 3 entrance doors, road + security gate and apartment door. Automatic access on customer request. Entrances and common parts of video surveillance connected to the local police.

Great location

The entrance is somewhat funky and there is a significant number of fairly steep stairs, but once in the apartment, we were really happy. For the price and the location and how quiet and at home we felt, we would totally stay here again.

Great location, helpful hosts

The apartment is located in a prime location surrounded by restaurants and shops. It is high up enough that noise wasn't an issue. We arrived very late at night due to a train delay but the hosts helped us check in remotely and gave very helpful instructions for finding the apartment. I would recommend staying here.

Ideal Location

The location of this property was perfect for all the activities we did while in Venice as it was a great place to stop and take a break, cool off, and refresh before continuing on with the day! The welcome treats were a great addition. The check in process was rather smooth, considering the celebration that was going on for the Feast of the Redeemer.

Great Location!

The location of this apartment is spectacular. 2 minute walk to St. Mark’s Square. It is small, but you’ll barely spend any time there with all there is to see in Venice. Check in was a little confusing but the host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

Difficulty with directions

This was our first time visiting Venice. It's beautiful. We loved the stores, restaurants, and people. The only problem we had was the directions various people gave us. It took us over an hour to find the apartment. We asked many people to help, and they did, but they were all wrong until the last person. Then I left bread crumbs back to the apartment when we left (just joking). The streets were narrow, the land was hilly, and we had to accommodate a lot of stairs, which we were prepared for. It was truly an experience of a lifetime.

Vivre Venise jusqu’au bout !

Avec une amie nous avons loué ce logement pendant 8 jours, nous sommes toutes les deux étudiantes de 19 ans. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement près de la place san Marco ainsi que sa décoration dans un style vénitien ;) Ça a rajouté de la magie à notre séjour !

Juste derrière la Place San Marco, dans une rue animée, une vieille façade Vénitienne: C'est là! Heureuse surprise (aprés les 3 étages obligés ici, ça fait partie du charme) un appartement petit mais parfaitement agencé, sécurisé et trés confortable! Tout y est, même les petites attentions de bienvenue! Et surtout: un calme apprécié après l'effervescence de la rue. Proche des vaporettos et des lieux incontournables. Super rapport qualité/prix dans une ville ou tout est cher ( sauf si on fouine un peu hors du centre). Fabio est adorable et disponible si besoin. Adresse que je recommande sans hésiter

Magical Italian apartment in San Marco Square

We selected this home for our stay in Venice for it's location, which was only steps away from the most beautiful piazza in the world. It was also quiet, cozy, and beautifully decorated. There was a kitchenette and a spacious marble bath. We loved it and will stay there again when we return to Venice.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Venice! Monica and Fabio have a wonderful apartment, very comfortable, with a great location, and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The apartment seemed newly renovated, very up-to-date and clean. Great bathroom and shower, comfortable bed, efficient kitchen. Breakfast foods had been provided for us, which was a big plus. The apartment is just off the Grand Canal, with some excellent restaurants near by, as well as the market. We can highly recommend this property!
