We stayed here for my birthday trip in July with a group of eight, and we had such a great time! The house was beautiful, full of Mexican charm and character, which we absolutely loved. It was spacious, comfortable, and accommodated all eight of us perfectly.The location was excellent, and communication with the host was amazing from start to finish. Everything was easy, and we all felt right at home.The only small downside was the Wi-Fi, which wasn’t very reliable, so if you need to work or depend on a strong internet connection, that’s something to keep in mind. Other than that, we have absolutely no complaints. (Maybe it was an one time thing). We would definitely book this house again for another trip. Highly recommend!

This is the most spectacular place to stay with multiple families. The house so spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items you might need. The best place we have stayed in Las Gaviotas so far. We look forward to staying at this rental again.

Perfect Surf Weekend Getaway

Joys place was close to the pool/hot tub and the Surf for my boys. Also Puerto Nuevo and K38s a short drive outside of the community. Perfect location

Great Little Place

We enjoyed our stay. It was a unique layout but it worked for our 2 families. Short walk to the beach and great ocean view. The house was well stocked and the people we rented from we easy to communicate with.
