Parking: none on site but there are plenty of car parks within walking distance.PLEASE NOTE: A refundable security deposit of €100 will be collected offline prior to your arrival date.FOR MONTHLY STAYS:We will collect a refundable security deposit of €100 plus €100 for monthly utilities and a final deep clean of €80. This will be collected offline.If you need to do laundry there is a launderette located just off Eyre Square.The coach and train station are within an 8 minute walk.PEACE OF MINDThis property uses the Cloverleaf Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization. All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms,kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, tabletops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.We supply linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, and soap.Other things to note: We do not rent to locals and guest must 25 years or older unless travelling with family.
