A newly refurbished modern villa nestled in an elevated position within Bequia's premier Spring Estate. A peaceful location with spectacular seascapes towards the islands of Baliceaux and Battowia.
Relax, unwind and recharge on one of the several terraced areas or take a dip in your private pool, Although Serenity is located in a very peaceful area, it is only a 10-minute drive from Bequia’s main harbour and leeward beaches – with their laid-back bars and restaurants.
Serenity Villa offers flexible accommodation across two floors – to suit most vacation groups. The upper floor consists of two double master suites opening onto a large private 700 sqft covered terrace - with amazing views across to Baliceaux and Battowia islands. The main living area of the upper level is an open plan, Kitchen, living / dining room. The Kitchen is a modern & fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lower level consists of a well equipped self contained Studio apartment, suitable for 2 people. All windows and doors are fully screened.

UPPER LEVEL
A main open plan living, dining & kitchen area opens via two double patio doors onto a large covered terrace with al fresco dining for 6 people, plus informal lounging areas and sun loungers.
The modern living area has a lounging area with an L-shaped sofa, wonderful ocean views, a large flat screen cable TV with Netflix, DVD & high speed Wifi.
There is also a separate reading area with a Bluetooth speaker.

KITCHEN
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for those that enjoy cooking whilst on vacation, with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, toaster & hand blender.

MASTER BEDROOM SUITE #1
A dual aspect fully screened suite with sea views via double patio doors opening to one end of the large covered deck. The suite has side views across the pool and garden areas.
A Super-King luxury Vispring bed is provided to ensure your vacation experience is enhanced with high quality sleep.
The suite is equipped with a large separate closet area, ceiling fan, safe and Bluetooth speaker.
The bright and airy bathroom has a walk-in rain-style shower

MASTER BEDROOM SUITE #2
A dual aspect fully screened suite with sea views via double patio doors opening to one end of the large covered deck. The suite has side views across a garden area towards undeveloped woodland.
A Super-King luxury Vispring bed is provided to ensure your vacation experience is enhanced with high quality sleep.
The suite is equipped with a large separate closet area, ceiling fan, safe and Bluetooth speaker.
The bright and airy bathroom has a walk-in rain-style shower

The two master suites are positioned at opposite ends of the open plan main room to ensure an extra level of privacy to each bedroom.

SERENITY STUDIO – BEDROOM #3
The lower level of Serenity Villa consists of Serenity Studio – a fully self-contained and fully screened suite with a Super-King luxury Vispring bed. The Studio has its own entrance, kitchen, en suite bathroom and lounging deck. The studio is conveniently located for the pool & sun deck to allow for those morning dips. This is a very comfortable option for an individual or couple within a group that require an added element of privacy.

SWIMMING POOL
Serenity Villa has a generous 30ft chlorine friendly swimming pool. This "saltwater" style pool operates with a lower level of generated chlorine - providing a much more comfortable swimming experience for your eyes and skin.
