We really enjoyed it. You must be in tune with the tides if you bring a boat. Low tides can make it impossible to get to the dock. If you are aware and time your trips it's not a big deal.

Loved our weekend getaway. It was so quiet and the weather was perfect. We rode our motorcycles and were able to pull them under the house. We rode to Panacea and Crawfordville to eat. We also cooked at the rental several times, it is stocked with all the pans/trays/utensils needed. The owner responds quickly and is very informative about the area. We will be back!

Linda is the best host and provides so much current info for the week and is always very responsive. We vacation at AP every summer and this is one of our favorite places to stay.

Quick walk to beach

Cute house in quiet neighborhood - seemed like houses in neighborhood are vacation homes.Great communication with host and fun outdoor areas.

4th of July stay

Wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk. There's even a beach wagon to haul all of your stuff. We will absolutely stay here again.

My granddaughter loved the pool. We tried our hand at crabbing! Checked out Apalachicola and St. Marks Light House while we were there. Communication with Linda was easy! She had so much information to make the stay a breeze! Lots of memory maid! Thank you Linda!

Great Vacation

Great property

Our stay at bottoms up was fantastic as usual! The place is great and the pool is an awesome addition. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay. We will continue to book this property for our annual week long family beach trip!
