Large furnished and spacious beachfront condo (~1000 sq. ft.) with 2 bathrooms in sunny South Florida. It allows easy access to the beautiful sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean. This cozy and safe beachfront property is close to Hotel Diplomat, DoubleTree & The Hyde Resort. Very conveniently located close to FIFA-designated Hard Rock Stadium, Walmart, the Gulfstream casino and shops, many restaurants, a convenience store 7/11, and other entertainment. It is conveniently located in Hollywood, FL, right between Miami & Ft Lauderdale, close to the Stadium and less than 20 minutes from/to FLL airport.
The building has just undergone facade renovation and now has new windows and a balcony.
This suite can accommodate up to 5 people, including children:
- 2 Queen-size beds in the master bedroom,
- Queen-size Ikea sleeping sofas in the living room
- Additional Queen-size sleeping sofas in the living room can be opened upon request
-An additional inflatable queen-size bed is also available upon request as well.

Guests have access to
Beach path to the beach, swimming pool, gym, office/conference room, pool table, table tennis and party rooms and Cafe Enjoy in the building
